So disgusting! I found a syringe ???? in the bathroom! What kind of druggies are here these days? Hope it wasn't an employee! Also found a few razor blades in the lobby and bathroom on my previous visits. Definitely will not be back!!
Customer service sucks. They can’t get your orders right ever! It’s almost worse than McDonald’s. When you ask them to fix the order they get mad and just pull the chicken off of the tortillas and replace it with what you order instead of remaking it. 30 min in a drive through is insane especially when your the only one. They refuse to answer their phone when you call. I’m guessing it’s due to everyone getting the wrong food and they are tired of answering it.
Embarrassing. Closed early due to low staffing. They need a much better management team. Blah. Used to be my favorite fast food joint here in lander, but lately, the service, and the store overall, has gone downhill. Two thumbs down ???? ????
Idk where to start.. customer service is severely lacking, the prices are pretty high and the portions at this location are tiny. I ordered 3 burritos that were like 5 bucks each and they were skinnier than a .99 cent burrito at Taco Bell. This is the only taco johns that's like this I've been to many in the mid West. Won't be back.
Stopped in to get breakfast. Ordered 3 burritos at the speaker. When I got to the window the lady rudely told me I only ordered one and they couldn’t do anything about it. Terrible customer service. Burrito wasn’t very good either. Will never be coming back and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else to either.
I will never eat at this Taco John's again. We've lived in Lander for 4 years now and I've never been impressed with this Taco John's, but last week sealed the deal. My husband and his boss got some tacos for lunch and ended up throwing them away because there were maggots in the meat. I've been trying to report it as a health violation but haven't been able to get through to anyone, so I decided I'd write this review. Just disgusting.
It's a Taco Johns. I like taco bell better since it has power bowls, but both are meh anyways. It's fast food anyways so don't expect much. The street tacos were made decently though. The service was good and food came fast. Potato oles were nice and crunchy though a bit salty.
Haven't eaten inside. They were closed but drive through was open
