Traveling through Wyoming and stopped at Taco John's. Living out east, I haven't eaten at a Taco John's in 25 years. This was a nice treat, and the hardshell tacos were just a good as I remember. The employees were polite and friendly. Thank you!
Drive thru...ordered 2SB(the deal was buy one get second for a $1.) was charged full price. I went inside asked about it. Response was, "you need to ask for the deal." Which is ridiculous! She said she would fix it. So I patiently waited for 30 minutes. (They were very busy and only 2 people there. I get it.) But once she finally got to it, she didn't know how to fix. Told me to come in the next day and talk to her manager. Went in about 3 weeks later. As I walked in, same girl and guy, swamped again. Just the two of them. She tells me, "I wish I could help you, but he's the only one here and technically I don't work here anymore." .......so ya, done with taco johns. Won't go back in until it's a TACO BELL!!!
Here’s one for ya, no wrapping on the taco! And didn’t get any tots. Called the store and they told me it wasn’t their problem and just get a refund from DoorDash.
Update your hours! If you're open til 8pm per Google, when I make the drive from out of town to come and you're closed at 645 it's irritating as hell. I understand being short staffed, everywhere is. But update the frickin hours, that requires no effort except a couple buttons pushed on your account through your phone.
The manger is so rude and passive aggressive. All of my food was cold and waiting 10+ for the food. I saw employees VAPING in the kitchen. When I came back with my food no more than a minute later the manger was being so very passive aggressive and telling me that it was all freshly made despite it being so cold. The managers name was Savanna. I was very disappointed with my visit and will not eat here again
It appalled me on how they hire the staff with such poor customer services. They rave about new management and doing better, but it gotten even worst. They did not prepared with care for ordered of food , missing items, taco wasn't wrap and thrown at the bottom. When we called and were told it's not their fault and nothing they can do about it and that it is doordash fault . It has nothing to do with the doordasher, it's the restaurant that did not give a care to prepare it with care.
Went through drive thru ordered combo meals and didn't get any oles! We paid for them and got none. Tried calling store and they won't answer. Would not recommend going there to anyone
Ever since the change in ownership and management it has been going consistently downhill. The store won't even answer the phone when you call. If you want taco johns go to powell.
