This is my second time trying Taco Johns and loved the chicken street tacos. I appreciated how friendly Jerome was taking our order and the patience he had while I figured out what I wanted. When we pulled up to the window he greeted us with a genuine smile and had our food ready to go!
Employees are clueless, ignorant or simply don’t care about customer service. App rarely works. Multiple times have placed an order that they can’t find. Redeemed points for a meal, they couldn’t find it and had to pay for a meal that should have been free, and I lost the points. Save yourself some aggravation and look for tacos elsewhere.
The food was cold , and salad tasted sour . The dude behind the counter acted like I was a big inconvenience . Also, it was way overpriced. Buy the stuff, make your own food, and it is better for you .
This one doesn't have Fox news blaring at me....$weet!! Not excepting Bitcoin yet but hopefully soon.
We ordered tonight, ordered two fried tacos, chips and dip, and a chicken burrito. Our server was Bryan, he had the worst attitude, I work in customer service, I expect better from other people that work directly with others as, and the behavior he was showing was unacceptable.
I'd never recommend going here, customer service is key to getting customers.
