Food/Taste/Flavor: 3/5 - Super Potato Ole is tater tots with nacho cheese, shredded cheese, beef, tomatoes, very small scoop of neon green guacamole, and two dollops of sour cream. It said it had refried beans but we couldn't taste or see it. Very salty dish overall
Super Burrito with beef, refried beans, lettuce, tomato, raw onion, and sour cream. Very uneven in filling where one of the bites was just mostly raw onions and another just mostly sour cream
Taco Burger really was just taco filling inside two hamburger buns. Tasted how it sounds
Ambience: 3/5 - typical fast food chain but the chairs were worn down with holes and the tables a bit sticky
Service: 3/5 - two workers were sitting at the booth and got up when they saw us walking towards the restaurant. Very short in their speech and didn't feel like they wanted to be there
Value for price: 3/5 - pricer than most fast food especially for the food quality
Well , to the new manager, I'd recommend making the food so people want to come back. Make it where the food was sooo good that they crave it again. This has been my experience with other taco John's in the past. For 30$ today you dropped the ball .
Never again, I’ll never eat at the Thermop Taco Johns again after paying $20 for food dogs turn down. I’m shocked at how bad it was. I like the franchise, but the Thermop T John’s isn’t like the others.
At the top of the photo is the quantity of meat on my BOSS steak burrito I bought today for $8.29. I ate 1/2 of it without getting any meat so I took apart the remaining portion only to find 7 very small pieces of "steak"! Wont be back and will freely advertise the evperience!

Then you better get your help off their cell phone and serve the potential customers! We waited for, besides bad food, 15 minutes to be asked what we wanted, with us watching him on his phone! Maybe new management or owners will do a better job of representing a pretty good Mexican franchise!
Prices at this location are the highest BY FAR above Powell, Cody, Worland and Riverton it's insane!! Been waiting in line at the drive thru window for 20 minutes without a single soul taking payment or anything. Then asked to pull up after paying and waiting.. not sure what they're doing back there but it shouldn't take 20 minutes plus pulling us forward on 4 tacos, 2 churros and 1 drink.15 MINUTES waiting after being pulled too???? oh and there were cars behind us getting orders before us. Ridiculous
I would have given 5 stars if I didn't see with my own eyes the employee making tacos, burritos, and meals without any kind of gloves on. Bare hands grabbing lettuce, tomatoes, toppings. I had to kindly ask for a refund when our food was brought to us. 3 parking spots for this place, otherwise parking across the street.
Parking was a nightmare. The associate that took our order was awesome. Tje food was ok. The grilled burrito we ordered was way small compared to other locations, but the flavor was good.
It's fast food Mexican... what do you expect ? I prefer Del Taco . . . Del taco is king but taco John's is OK. the service was very good the server was funny and my burrito was good.
