Well, when you are hungry and strapped for cash, Taco Johns still has a value menu, if that's worth much.
The whole place is actually pretty clean and orderly, so it wasn't like this place was hard up for anyone willing to buy anything. The service was a bit slow because one woman was being an outright champion by doing all the things the store needed to operate today. Props to that food-based hero.
Though, the food from said value menue is actually pretty small in size. So if you're going, prepare for ordering more than 1.
Ordered the Super Nachos very good glad a TJ ‘s are still around used to love them in the day. Seemed a little pricey ($11) for what I received Nachos & small soda!
Delicious food and clean dining area. Food arrived hot as well. Highly recommend this location of Taco John's. Potato oles and cheese is such a good combo, can't go wrong .
Super potatoes ole was good. Nachos not so good! Stuff Grilled Taco wasnt good, dry and no taste!!
Taco John's is one of our little 'hidden gems'. It's really not hidden, but it is a gem! ????We always use drive-thru and get good, consistent customer service. For a more authentic, Mexican food taste we highly recommend Taco John's. The quality of the food is much better than the other franchise competitor ????. The street tacos and taco salad are awesome; satisfying without leaving you feeling stuffed.
I’ve never thrown up after eating Taco John’s. Had a super burrito and ole’s at 6pm, they came back to visit at 12:30 am (no drinking involved). I feel sooooo much better now.
Two stars because I like to save one stars for the very wretched. The workers here are friendly enough but when you have to pass code the bathrooms is it even the neighborhood you want to be in? Perhaps the food was served warm but by the time I found the bathroom code and got the Wi-Fi up the food was cold so when food is as expensive as it is now it is not acceptable for it to be served cold so by having passcode in bathrooms and if the Wi-Fi even if it was your warm that is moot because by the time I try to eat my burrito it was not warm enough is it even worth a free churro for a survey. When a burrito is over $2 it needs to at least be warm I think it would have tasted good if it had just been warm.

Someone recommended TJ I have been a TB fan.
It was super good. Had the big boss burrito. . . Solid had some hefty to it if you know what I mean. I judge a burrito by its length hefty and girth.
The potatoes were hot and crunchy maybe a bit to salty but it was not a show stopper.
The churro. . . . definably doing that again good crunch plenty of flavor as well.
Yup I will go back. . .and as fast as this location it was nice clean and the fella at the window was right on time.
