RUN, DON'T WALK to Taco Heaven in Lockport. We saw reviews on a local restaurant group and decided to give them a try. We ordered a steak burrito and nachos with steak and chicken to share. The owners are SO nice! They came out to make sure everything was good and talked to us and another 1st time table. There was a customer there who was telling us how everything is brought in fresh every day...never frozen. And, sure enough someone came walking through the door carrying several bags of some of the best looking meats and other goodies brought straight to the clean open kitchen cooler. They apparently sell out daily, and I know why. Everything was absolutely amazing. We will be back to try absolutely everything.
I had to give a shout out to this place! St. Paddy’s Eve 2024 was a packed house in DT Lockport and the friendly and talented crew at Taco Heaven DELIVERED!!! The guy taking orders was so friendly and fun despite the long line and rowdy patrons. The food here is fresh and the portions are insane! Thank you for your service! Will definitely be back ????
First time trying Taco Heaven. What an amazing lunch. We ordered the nachos and steak burrito. The nachos are HUUUGE and delicious. Steak burrito had lots of meat and was not shy of any other ingredients either. We will definitely be back!
If you are looking for a place to try great Mexican at, look no further! First and foremost, the staff is absolutely fantastic, they are so friendly and kind I have truly never had service like this. We do not live in the area, but that didn’t stop me from making the drive and finally stopping in last night. I had seen on reviews on local pages and heard all the rave about the Nachos, so many amazing reviews with pictures. I am a big Nacho person, I knew it would be worth the drive, and believe me it was!! The nachos are loaded, tasty, flavorful, fresh, giant, full, scrumptious. The chips were crispy, not soggy and the steak had so much flavor, the toppings were perfect, they did not skimp at all. I also ordered a side of guacamole when I walked in, which they made FRESH and I am not kidding when I say it was the most delicious guacamole I have ever had in my life!!! While waiting, the staff/manager came out to speak with me and thanked me for coming out this way since I’m not from the area, and it really was incredibly kind. I also had the opportunity to try the cantaloupe water, which I will say I was skeptical because I never had it before, but it was DELICIOUS, refreshing, I would order it again 100%. Everything from here was amazing, flavorful, FRESH! This place is a hidden gem, 10/10 recommend, if I could give more stars, I would!!
First time here!!! The Food here is absolutely fresh and Amazing. We sat in the car and waited for them to open this day. Omggggg it was sooooo worth it! And the Customer service was phenomenal. I will definitely be back????????????
Needed catering for 25. Z. Knew exactly what we needed. Food was excellent! The Guacamole? The best we have had in a long time. Serving portions perfect! Thank you for awesome service! We look forward to order again!
The burrito was huge and stuffed Perfectly, I was not able to finish it and that's a 1st for me. This was my first trip here and I like to give any place 2 visits. This place was open for 30 min (empty) when I came in and I had a great experience with the owner, who was very nice and excited to speak to his customers. I was told all the food was fresh (never frozen). The food is getting mixed reviews till my next visit, the rice was Undercooked and had both soft and rock hard rice. The HUGE burrito filled me up, but, the steak was grounded so small it looked like ground beef and Overcooked because it was burnt and I wasn't expecting a crunch when I took a bite. I will try again when they are more busy to see if anything has changed.
For sure, best tacos in town. You'll be hard pressed to find better or even just as good tacos in the surrounding area. Staff is really friendly and I love the location. Overall just a great place to eat. Food is super fresh and delicious. I am going to spend many a dollar here over the next few years. Tacos=love.
Edit: still the best tacos around. Owner is an absolute doll. They just announced a breakfast menu and I am super super excited. Their food just slaps.
