Awesome food and great value (especially on Tuesdays and Saturdays). The tacos, the tortas, the house made salsas, it's all fantastic. My wife loves the flan. I can not recommend their "house special" Chipotle brisket tacos enough. Get them while they are still on the menu. These tacos have changed my personal brisket recipe to emulate the flavor.
Taco Grill has a taco of the day which I recommend trying. It is always special and tasty. On Tuesday Taco's are half price. The tacos are tasty. They have other food but I like the tacos so much I haven't tried anything else. They have a variety of salsas to choose from. Everything is clean and the service is friendly. It is in a small shop so on Taco Tuesday you may have trouble finding a table.
I'm not your typical Mexican afficionado, preferring less spicy foods. I found the quality of the food matched the low prices. The quesadilla, for example, is my go to food when having Mexican, but it was insipid, lacking flavour and looked like it had offended some Mayan gods. I'll not be going back, but judging by the popularity, your mileage may vary.
We always order out… the family loves taco Tuesdays! Great salsa and al pastor tacos and the family loves the cheese fries, chips and salsa and the steak tacos as well!
Just moved out here a lil over. Year ago and had a hard time finding a good burrito. Well this place delivered and gave me the best burrito I had in a long time. Their salsa and chips are amazing as well. They use authentic Mexican sour cream which makes everything better. This is my new spot.

This is trash!!! I paid $14.95 for a beef burrito with fries burrito half filled up burrito more rice then anything and the fries are horrible seasoning fries that they fried hard!!! I think this joint is doing what they want to do because they connected to a bar cuz drunk ppl don't care how they food taste!!
5-stars based on eating there over 20 times in the past two years.
The food is great, ingredients are fresh, the people are friendly and the service is quick (even during lunch on Tuesday's when they discount their awesome tacos).
Also to be clear I would and do eat there on the days of the week that don't have tacos discounted because it's just that good.
Update - Still delicious. Still super fast. Highly recommend the guac and homemade chips too
Best Tacos In Illinois!!!!!! I love taco tuesdays !!! G is the best!!! Will always be my favorite Mexican restaurant! Super delicious menu and super great people!! Give it a try!
