Best WLM Reviews

There’s not many options around 10pm on a Sunday & betting I’ve never ate here, I decided to give it a try, The quesadilla & flan was very good
So sorry to say this but the food was so bad. They say they offer grilled chicken but I’m pretty sure it’s either canned chicken or heated tuna. The cheese wasn’t even melted. I’m pretty sure actually I’m 100% sure Taco Bell or McDonald’s is better than this. Hopefully I don’t get sick.. I will report back.
I would skip this one.
I had a spicy chicken quesadilla which was not spicy in the slightest and was very bland. It was very soggy and not cut through making it hard/messy to eat. I swear there was celery on this... at least it tasted and looked like that.
The server was polite but spoke no English which made it hard to order.
The atmosphere was dingy, and I didn't end up staying because it was empty and felt awkward. The blow-up cactus was cute.
Perhaps the worst quesadilla I’ve ever had. To be fair, I used Uber Eats for delivery 8 minutes before closing but the restaurant would have been better off not accepting my order than delivering whatever low quality quesadilla they did.
The tortilla seemed like it was never heated. The tortilla had 0 grill marks. See photo.
The cheese was clumpy and cold, as if it was never given any time to melt. See photo.
The chicken & pico was average, at best. The chicken was cold. See photo.
The guacamole clearly was not freshly made. See photo.
I took 2 bites before I couldn’t go any further. This tasted like week old cold leftovers. It’s almost as if they made this order for someone else hours ago, let it sit outside in the nighttime breeze and sent it to me as my order.
Restaurant should be absolutely ashamed of themselves sending out such an uninspired and lazy take on a quesadilla. An absolute disgrace and abject failure.
Tasty tacos with good variety; beef, chicken, fish...all delicious. Friendly service and a clean space. Solid four stars for food, service, and ambiance.
During the night I was hungry for a snack and saw a brightly coloured bus that was a Mexican restaurant. Being curious and just wanting some simple food I went inside and ordered a beef burrito. I thought it tasted good, was very reasonably priced and staff were friendly.
The Taco Bus is a good place for a quick bite while partying in downtown Tampa. Don’t expect it to be a fine dining cuisine in pristine condition as lots of people come into the restaurant impaired. This makes it hard for staff to keep the place as clean as they probably want to. I did feel safe inside and staff made efforts to clear and wipe the tables and control people who entered the restaurant.
If you like my reviews, photos or videos then stop by the Taco bus, like it and transfer over to another adventure.
We went there at 11:30 pm. They took our orders and later came back and said they were closed. I believe the chef there did not want to take our orders because it was late. I have never seen any restaurant treat their customers this bad. We along with another customer came out walking in disbelief. The old lady working in the kitchen is very rude and shouldn't be working.
The restaurant was SO HOT! It felt like there was no Ac. I was sweating sitting at the table waiting on our food. I tried to use the high chair for my daughter but there was dirt caked on to the point the chairs were discolored.
When we got our food I was very disappointed. The chicken was very low quality for a restaurant. Most pieces was very hard to chew. For the quality of the food the prices were over priced. This was my first and last experience at a Taco Bus! I won’t be back.
