my boyfriend and i waited in the drive through line for 45 minutes to get our food, when i got my food it was barley warm. the staff stood around and were on their phones the whole time i was at the window. there was only 3 other cars in the drive through. awful experience. will never be going to this taco bell again
Not enough bad things can be said about the Tomah location. A screw up here and there is 100% normal but going there 10 times and having it wrong 8 times is not ok at all. IF the food was correct, at least that would be the good part because it would taste good if it was right. Even though a couple of the workers are friendly (literally two of them) the actual service is horrible. Orders are wrong, even after repeating it the orders NOT properly marked when asked and are marked wrong!!! Another thing...Getting no sauce? You might be getting it anyway. Getting sauce? You won't get it or it will be wrong. And why is everyone there trained to put all the sauce in one end of one corner? Three times the tacos were badly wrapped and upside down in the bag, all over the bag! Same with nachos. They were not full and were all over in the bag. They are supposed to open at 7a.m every day but on every Saturday we have been there, they are not open until 9a.m. Even when workers are in there!!! And when asked why, they never give a reason. The inside is rarely clean, even when they are not busy. And the policy is funny about how they can't give a refund. Well... when you get a grilled burrito wrapped up why would you unwrap it just to make sure everything is on it. So...you can't tell it's wrong until after you have eaten it, especially when (as mentioned) sauce is only in one end of one corner! I would be ashamed and embarrassed to have workers like that. But the owners obviously do not care because they make money. Forget Taco Bell, even McDonalds has better workers! We will go to Culvers or anywhere else.
i'm in a band and we travel a lot, eating on the road often. this taco bell was a great stop. food came out almost instantly, hot and ready to go. everything looked picture perfect, filled well with even toppings. the cashier even cracked a little joke with us we checked out, a welcome bit of human connection during a long stretch of road. 10/10 would stop again
tell me how yall got all but one order out of 4 wrong. asked for a steak quesadilla, got a chicken one. asked for no tomato on dorito locos, got tomato. asked for no beans on a burrito, got beans. the only thing yall managed to get right was the loaded nachos which were an absolute mess anyways. not to mention everything was repeated back to us at the drive through correctly. no receipt given and when we tried to call to tell them they got our order wrong, no answer. out of like 5 calls over the span of 15mins no f-ing answer. when we were there it was not busy so i don’t see any excuse for this. DO BETTER !!! and for any possible costumers reading this you’re better off going somewhere else. edit: we also requested sauces and didn’t get any.
Staff have become 100% focused on drive-thru service and completely "IGNORE" counter patrons. I waited to have my order taken and was never acknowledged, by 6 employees, that I was even standing there. The window employee finally told me to use a kiosk to order. While ordering, the 6 employees finished with drive-thru and were just standing around visiting. Not good!
was stopping here on a road trip and i can say that this is the worst taco bell i’ve ever had. i ordered 2 burritos, one that was pretty much just a flour tortilla with sour cream and nacho cheese which is disgusting. and then my other burrito which was supposed to be a cheesy bean and rice burrito- it ended up being just bean with way too much nacho cheese (creamy jalapeno sauce was supposed to be on it)
Shorted my order... missing items. Excessive wait times. New "Grilled Cheese Dipping Taco" wasn't dippable, holdable, pickupable, or edible (see pic). Staff hadn't quite figured out how to prepare this new menu item... grilled cheese was inside out; an absolute mess.
I mean the food and price is good... But don't apply to work here if you have bills to pay or need work hours to graduate... My son told them when hired he needed a minimum of 27 hours per week and they are only scheduling him 10 hours a week saying they can't afford the cost of labor....yet they're still hiring!!!
