LOVE THIS PLACE ITS VEGETARIAN HEAVEN
I’m not gonna lie I’m A vegetarian and I order is really complicated stuff with substitutions and add-ons for every single order I place.
Regardless they get it right 99.99% of the time and honestly with how extra I am, that’s the best service I get out of fast food.
It doesn’t matter if I order online or at the window they’re always quick.
They’re always efficient.
Their manager is always very polite.
If I ever ever have an issue with my order, they will always fix it for me and I’ll give me a problem or make me feel bad for it.
I picked up dinner for my family this evening at this location and the experience was a great one. Dani, our server was very helpful. Her attitude was so cool, that it was a pleasant surprise. We waited in the lobby for our food, which was clean. She made sure our order was correct and served our drinks.
I would recommend this location if you want good food and great customer service.
Rude staff. When I didn't understand an order my sister-in-law wanted. You could hear the staff over the speaker getting pissed off and rude. Then a lady came to the window to tell me how to order. Highly unprofessional. I never write reviews, so that should say something.
Ordered nachos bel grande had one chips worth of beef literally, one chips worth of beans. A miniscule amount of sour cream. Than an outrageous amount of nacho cheese. If I'm paying 7 dollars for nachos I don't want to feel like I've been scammed.
The cheesy double beef burrito I got had lettuce randomly throughout it which indicates the food prep line is a sloppy mess
If you have a food allergy I'd street very clear as cross contamination seems to mean nothing to them
Very rude and unprofessional behavior of staff lady i went in drive threw and ordered my food then that lady said to me, wait for some time and move your car further then i went inside the store to make easy for her but that lady threw a my food bag on counter very hard if you can't respect your customers atleast do respect for food and 1 more thing customers also give to money they don't ask food in free so if you don't like your job then go home and do chill and relax
Ordered a vegetarian Mexican pizza - basically-no beef. Just replace with beans. The person taking the order didn't understand. Finally got it correct.
I was going to purchase lunch inside here, but the workers were almost entirely preoccupied with the drive-thru. Of the three prospective customers inside, 1 guy came in and very quickly got what was presumably a call-in pickup order; while nobody seemed to want to notice the existence of me and another guy. So I ended up leaving without getting anything.
At least it was nothing worse than a waste of my time...
Best Taco Bell experience Ive ever had. The service was quick and the food was the best I’ve had from a Taco Bell (and I eat a lot of Taco Bell). Who ever was working 1/14 around noon is a star
