They take a while to get your food but can never go wrong with Taco Bell! Their seasonal are great too - the aardvark nachos, and the dragonfruit breeze
Ordered two cravings boxes through the mobile app, got my order incorrectly on both boxes and never included sauce even though they said they were in the box, tried calling the restaurant directly for a remake and there was no one there to answer the phone. Food was extremely cold and stale, cheese sauce was hard and lumpy. I’ve never had a bad experience with ordering through the mobile app at the frontage Road location. This was my first time, ordering at this location and will be my last!
Went through the Drive Thru at 10:40am 05/24/2024 and the person on the intercom was very rude. She had a horrible attitude which put me off and I decided to leave. It would be nice to put someone with good customer service skills to take orders. I wasn’t rude wasn’t rushing and wasn’t asking anything crazy but she seemed annoyed to even be there.
I came through the drive through today and the older lady was extremely rude! O greeted her with a smile and hello as she took my card and she said nothing back and slammed the window in my face. Say there for a good 3 mins waiting for our food. She hands me the bag of food and then she had a drink carrier with our 3 drinks in it. I said thank you. She said these are yours and I said yes. She hands it to me then starts screaming YOU NEED TO PAY FOR THOSE! I said for what and she said you owe me $8.40 for those drinks. Don’t you dare drive away without paying. I said I’m not moving and I’m confused as to what I owe money for when I have already paid. She looks up at her screen and says oh you did pay. Then slams the window in my face again. No sorry no have a nice day just a fat ol window slam. This is our go to Taco Bell and we love our people but after this encounter i think I’ll be talking my business someplace else. I don’t appreciate being accused of driving away without paying and the disrespect was on a whole other level of no thank you!
Seriously? The picture says it all. I either get a stale cheesy gordita crunch or a burnt one. Y'all need to either fix your staff or your equipment..... This isn't worth 2 cents let alone the 4.50 you charge for it.
The only customer inside and they told me I have to order online or at the screen. They put my food in the take away rack, didn't bother to call it. Food was cold and semicooked. The manager (or whoever the kid with the headphones was) had a huge attitude, talking like he was gonna slap me ("what do you need" ) Terrible experience.
Incorrect order, missing items. $1.48 for a cup of nacho cheese is crazy. Especially when they don't give you what you paid for. Food tasted less than fresh. No napkins provided either. It was ok to get stuff wrong at a $15 price point for 10 things, now it's $30 for 8 and some cheese.
Only down side here was the drive through, since we were not planning to stop here we did not order ahead through the app and it felt like we were being rushed a bit while looking at the menus to place our orders. The food was hot and fresh and we didn't have to wait long.
