Employee was talking poorly about the customers so loudly that they can hear it. It’s clear that they were grumpy but like that doesn’t mean you have to take it out on the customer. They should realize that their mood is their own problem and no one else’s. It took a while but I don’t even care about that- just have better customer service. There was only one nice person and they were working the speaker. It was specifically the employees that were making the food. #907692 was the order number in case.
I have a 30 minute lunch break. I ordered ahead while driving to the Taco Bell. It took them over 25 minutes to make two combos. I understand that there were only two workers at that time but the place seemed deserted. No other customers, no other cars in the parking lot, nothing! I worked in the fast food industry before, on a day like this the food would've already been done way ahead! This is crazy! I went hungry today because of their horrible service.
Update: when I finally got my food they ended up forgetting to add a whole item to the meal. I'm honestly surprised at how bad this place can be
It will take 3 times as long for you to get your food here than any other location. The workers care more about their conversation than their jobs. If you’re a Uber/doordash driver it’s not worth the pick up. They’ll take up your whole night.
We always order food from this specific Taco Bell location and sadly is not the first time we had issues, but this time was the worst, seems like they use old left overs to prepare our food and that’s inexcusable. Hey if there’s a manager here you really need to do your job! DO NOT ORDER HERE!
The inside of this place looked like a dump. There was trash everywhere, no ice in the ice machine, the soda was warm, drink station was a gross mess, condiment section was also a wreck, and trash cans were over flowing. The best I could say was the cashier was friendly and courteous.
People were nice but I literally waited 35 minutes to recieve my food. Crazy!
this place sucks, all the workers do is yap yap yap instead of doing their job it takes 30 mins to get your food even if it’s one single item. stop hiring lazy people ????????????
Around 12:00 am on Monday December 4th , I had to wait 15 minutes in the drive thru window while the woman ( Jazmire) wasn’t even there. She was not attentive to the fact i was waiting. I said hold on I need to get my card, then proceeds to walk away I had been waiting for her for 15 minutes . We have to tap on the window to get this woman’s attention after waiting for 15 minutes. All she was doing was having a conversation with her headphones on. What’s the point in being at a job if you’re not going to be attentive to the customers waiting. What horrible customer service and I hope that this lady learns correct customer service. Also I ordered chicken tacos and she gave me two beef tacos.
