I’ve been coming here and getting the chalupa supreme and they have been forgetting my tomato’s and they don’t tell me if they put or nothing they just give it to me how they want . Then when you ask for extra mild sauce they literally only give you like 2 or 3 I’ll pay extra for the sauce if I have to but give me what I ask for ! Especially if I’m asking nicely
Late night shift isn't the best. Ordered pizza meal, quesadilla meal, extra quesadilla and two chip and cheese nachos. They somehow forgot to put tomatoes on anything, only put 1 cheese cup which had little cheese and old clumps, and barely put any meat or beans on the pizza. Somehow they forgot one nacho, got cold fries that i didn't order, and they forgot to cut anything. Plus I had to pull around and wait 10 minutes for them to run the food out while listening to some team member bumping annoying music and smoking weed in the front. SMH. Poor poor atmosphere and product quality. I simply will never go to that location again so late. $32 wasted because of the poor work quality of the team. Only bright spot was the manager man was professional and courteous.
Just a heads up, careful, and know what you guys want at this place. Had some miscommunication whilst ordering at the drive thru and had to change the order at the window ( it was too expensive), we apologized and asked to change it.
Asked for sauce and got this. "Since you guys made us make this order, you can go inside and get your own sauce." I get it. It's fast food. It can be miserable. That doesn't excuse being petty.
i asked for no beans, extra steak, extra ranch, and extra rice. they didn’t give me lettuce and they didn’t give me extra steak or avacado ranch. i paid for all the extras and didn’t receive. y’all are thieves. your employees are thieves.
I ordered online and got 4 crunchwraps, called the store and the manager was disrespectful and did not try to resolve my problem. I only got 3 and i had to get a refund. Manager is incompetent.
Came through here and ordered a taco with meat and cheese only and this is what I was given. Clearly someone’s attempt to be spiteful. Thanks a-holes.
Went in Today Dec 16 Before 2 P.m and Ordered my food. Waited 30 minutes for a Dine In order that was Completely Trash. First of all, you Have a Lady Employee walking around with a half smoked Cigarette "black and Mild" in her back pocket stinking up the atmosphere, Very unprofessional when taking orders and then Ignored me and another a few times when we stood there Waiting for our food. Several Dirty tables I mean food on or around them Then when I got closer to the front after waiting for so long They acted as if I Got the order and hid it or something I mean just the looks that I got. The manager or whoever the young Lady was was the only Good thing About the Place. She showed up realized the wait time and stepped right in. I don't even wanna mention the restroom I mean I know what taco bell does to the Stomach but dayum, hows about spraying something in there.
Ordered a #8 , went to put taco sauce on my taco it was 80 percent lettuce 19 percent cheese and tomato. I didn't even have a tablespoon of meat on the taco. Took it back to the counter and asked if that is what I just paid $11.38 for? The cashier responded with a straight face , that is all the meat that they were allowed to put on the tacos. I was furious.
