Hey Ethan ???? regular freeze is supposed to be a dollar between 2pm-5pm, hit that happy hour drink button please, I wonder how many people have been overcharged. Chicken quesadilla also pictured.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. This tacobell is absolutely the worst I have ever been too. The staff is consistently rude and seems ad if 1 car in the drive thru is busy. There is never enough staff. Lobby states will be open at 9am but never is open until 11am. If you try to get breakfast when they open they will tell you it's going to be awhile because they were late opening due to late getting to work. The manager Amy is never aware of the things going on in her own store. Either shut the store down or find a new staff and manager. This store is a absolute crock of .... Corporate should be ashamed for allowing this store to operate so poorly for so long.
Used drive thru. Haven't been toTaco Bell for awhile. Gave it a try. Prices have certainly increased. To the point you can not see them on the menu board. I got a #11 (chicken) really tasty. But @$9.00. I won't be spending my hard earned money there.
I want to like this Taco Bell so bad!! I keep going back thinking it’ll get better and it never does. I’ve never had a problem with the food but the service and urgency is not there. I go through the drive thru every time and it takes about 30 minutes to get my food… every time. Also, while I’m waiting in line I always see an employee out in the dining room talking to a “customer”, probably their friends. Seems like all hands should be on deck if their drive thru is backed up. Not sure if it’s a staffing issue, lazy managers or lack of one completely but someone needs to get these poor employees some help! I hope this stores performance is on someone’s radar because it needs some attention.
The TWO employees working were getting slammed at the drive thru and with pick up orders.

I waited over 30 mins from the time I got in line to the time I drove away.

Do you remember in the 80s and 90s when Taco Bell was always amazing? The taco meat tasted like taco meat? The shells were fresh and crispy? The burritos were stuffed and you completely got your money's worth?? Well, this is it, y'all. The Taco Bell of our teens and 20s. I don't know how they do it but they do it. Everything tastes great, the shells and tortillas are stuffed and the employees are pleasant. I work in West Jeff and frequently door dash from this location. Tonight we were going from South Charleston home to Columbus and decided to stop and eat. Consistently good. Every time.
Every single order is wrong or made poorly. Awful customer service and always missing items. They never give you a receipt to even be able to call corporate to complain. This is my quesadilla with literally nothing on it, same with everything else I ordered. It’s annoying when you pay for extra ingredients and you get even less than normal.
