Rude lady in the drive through no care was put in to them bagging food. Lady in drive through refused to add to our order stating the was a lone when no one was behind us. The worst customer service I've ever dealt with
4 out of 5 visits we have been shorted in our order by average of 9.00 each time with no,none help to make right . Too much smart back talk. Zero work ethics, customer service. I guess it's just not worth it. not even corporate offices offer assistance. Don't go there untill it changes hands.
Husband comes to drive through at 11:30pm (says open until midnight) and was refused service because “he didn’t order online”. He sat there in the parking lot to order online only to find out they shut down the online ordering. So company is paying a bunch of idiots to sit in the back on the clock. Today is April 3rd 2024; husband pulled up to drive thru around 11:30pm CORPORATE check your cameras, night managers, night crew & revenue during the last hour..
Let this be an example of why fast food is a MINIMUM wage job. Once you gain some real work ethic, then you can find a big boy job that pays some real money..
Apparently the store policy at this location is to charge $3 for a cup of water and ring it up as a soft drink.
The employee was I capable of speaking clearly so we were shocked to see a $12 total for a burrito and two large waters. (Rang up as “Starry”)
We stip here often on our travels to Denver, and this location us always poor.
Specifically, this evening, we stopped to get some food and not only did they short us our order by multiple pieces they also refused service to us after already taking our money. The doors to the lobby are never open, so we circled back around to the drive thru to which they would still not serve us.
They stole our money and cheated our food.
Also to add, the young gentleman taking our order was the absolute most inconsiderate customer service I've ever had.
We were away from home, didn't have much time and needed food. Remembering how much we liked Taco Bell in Evergreen when we lived there, it had been years. It was okay, but not nearly as good as the Taco John's we usually go to near home.
Truly not one to complain but after a staff member kept screaming “what else” while trying to complete an order and then throwing our change at us I think it’s warranted. The staff is so incredibly rude and unprofessional.
App changed my order before I submitted payment and took off the combo I ordered and swapped it with extra burritos. It took off the drink and when I asked about the drink even though the order didn’t say it came with a drink the worker was understanding and gave me a drink. Afterwards I looked at my order and then the email with the recipient and realized the mistake. It was something I had glanced over before payment. So make sure to double check online. Props to the worker for defusing the situation.
