Not once have I ever had my food made correctly here. This is the only tacobell on my way home so I keep stopping here hoping, just once, they can manage to make a taco correctly. They've gotten close. Most recently all the ingredients were correct except instead of spreading the sour cream, nacho cheese or spicy jalapeño they simply put it all in one spot. Which is better than the time prior where half my tacos simply had no potatoes onthem. Or the time before that were i got served avacado sauce instead of nacho cheese.then the person who made it called me a liar and said that's what i ordered. When I confronted the manager and tried to show my recipe I was told "that employee has done that before". Funny enough it was the same person who made my order today
Was looking forward to my veggie cravings box. took a bite of the potato taco to get a mouthful of stanky dead animal. I understand mistakes happen but this was a vegetarian box? Please practice more care, this made me sick as I haven’t had meat in almost a decade.
Terrible location. Went there tonight and my “hard taco” was so mushy it was soft and fell apart. The customer service was also terrible. Would not recommend this location.
Worst crunchwrap I've ever had. It's mushy & for whatever reason it's spicy hot, like they put the hottest hot sauce on it before I ordered it. TERRIBLE!!!!
Went late at night (about 15 minutes to close) so maybe it’s my fault for coming when they are trying to close.
But the food I received was cold, stale, missing minor toppings like tomatoes on the tacos.
Lady at the window was nice though
I can't say I've had any of their food that I can say this establishment? Does things professionally accurately appropriately? And I'm excited to see them next time. When I do get food with this location? This is why I do reviews. So I know who the good locations are and which ones need to work on what they're doing. You guys were swarmed. Had 2 guys literally walk out. I don't know if they quit. Or whatnot? And you still kept professional in all of what was going on. Kudos, to you guys excited to see you next
The drive through was very smelly like sewage. I ordered online and did a make your own cravings box, I ordered a cheesy Gordita crunch but just got a regular crunchy taco. I tried calling the store to see if I could get my order corrected but no one wanted to pick up.
Taco bell is a great comfort food place. I marked the Atmosphere a little low just because the front counter seemed empty and it was hard to find someone to talk to. Food was a little cold, but still tasty. Matt G. did great customer service for us.
