No complaints. good tasting Taco Bell food. Great service. Plenty of seating.

On wed May 29th 2024 around 12:48am the male staff member at the drivethru was rude (did not get his name) and very inconsiderate. As a food courier the pick up notes did not indicate the store doors are open after midnight. So we (delivery drivers) assume to use the drive thru. Which is open. The staff member refused to hand me the food and told me to come inside instead. Even after i explained the doors looked closed. At the window I asked politely if he could hand it to me since I was stuck in the drive thru, he opted to argue his point with the food behind him. The food was directly behind him. I had to park my car, then enter the store only to then wait (with no one in line inside). I then got his attention at the counter, politely. I asked him why the pickup notes were not clear about open doors at that hour. His response was very condescending as though he had a bad day. I'm not eating or picking up from here ever because of 1 staff member. I spoke with respect and was given a dismissive attitude. He obviously had an ego problem eventhough we are supposed to be working together. Uber Eats drivers should not be treated like this when pickup instructions are not clear. I got the order after reminding him it comes with 2 sodas (Don't order Uber Eats from here, a sign of missing items issues). Additionally, as a consumer I have eaten from here in the past but I'll never buy from this particular location because of this unpleasant experience. If you read this, this doesnt mean their food is bad. Just 1 apple spoiling the bunch with terrible customer service skills and a chip on their shoulder.

Terrible. Simple order of a burrito & taco supreme + 2 Doritos tacos w/ soft taco took 15 mins.

Soft drink machine had no ice and the drinks came out mildly cool. I did ask for ice and they gave it to us from their machine behind the counter so, that's a nice thing.

The order was screwed up, no soft taco with the Doritos tacos, rather 1 hard taco instead. We had no heart to ask them to fix it because we didn't want to wait again.

The burrito supreme was emaciated. Hardly anything in it, it was a 1/2 burrito.

Selected "Dine in" on the ordering computer screen and received everything in a brown bag but they had trays for other people.

This place is ridiculous.

It's a Saturday at 4pm.

Edit : good at substitutions most of the time.. two items were wrong today lol

They are good at getting all substitutions correct for lunch/dinner items but they never put sauce packets for online orders. I've tried changing the amount I request but it seems like they just ignore that part of the order - so if you are ever in store I suggest stocking up on a bunch of sauce for when you order !!

I order three chicken quesadillas two crispy tacos first of them they was didn’t know how to take the order second they give me burnt quesadillas. They was all hell of a burn when I called them to let them know that chicken quesadillas was born. There was the act up like they didn’t know anything and they hang on me on me when I call them back there was not picking up. .

This is my go to Taco Bell in the neighborhood and its meh. The food always slaps like come on, its Taco Bell, but other than that, how GOOD can a taco bell be, right? Sometimes, there's this super rude worker but other than that I think it's good. The food sometimes takes really long to come out, but as a worker in the food industry, I can understand. I would recommend pre ordering on the app about 15 minutes before picking up the food.

This location has some of the freshest food I've ever had from a taco bell. Just make sure you pick up every single time. Service is quick, employees are very friendly.

Minus:

DO NOT order for delivery. The online orders are ALWAYS wrong, and for some reason, they dont add any sour cream or sauces to online orders. My tacos are always dryer than the Sahara.

Definitely 1 of the best Taco Bells around queens . It’s best to order online and get points and rewards rather than order at the self kiosk machines or the registers . The food Isn’t too pricy . the $5 cravings box is available , other Taco Bells it would be like $8 to $10 .
