Went to the drive thru tonight and it was horrible. I only wanted an order of JUST 1 soft taco meal. When I went to the window. They only charged me for 2 medium Baja blast. When they told me to go back around to do the order again. Get to the window they charge me for 2 orders of supreme soft tacos when I clearly only wanted 1 order of soft regular horrible horrible horrible service
I purchased the grilled cheese nacho fries with the ground beef and this is all that I got… very disappointed. That’s not even worth $2. And when I confronted the manager about the grilled cheese fries and see if if I could pay the difference in exchange something else he told me that I have to get a refund and then buy something else to replace that. DO NOT get the grilled cheese nacho fries!
Wow , been long time I ain't stop one of taco bell... for my surprise is not longer a menu screen as before,, nobody welcome you,,just a little screen make you order and seat wait until put " food" in the bag in a wood divider ???????? I was like ????????????????whaaaat. Of course more money for "do yourself".
I had an extremely positive review on here for this location but I could not in good conscience leave it up. They used to be fast and accurate and they were one of the only taco bells that actually labeled everything.
This location seems to have gone downhill fast. They are still fast and accurate, but they have not labeled our last few orders or used the correct wrappers so you have to open every burrito or guess and hope for the best.
It's hard to tell based on the picture, but the cheese sauce for the nachos was barely 1/3 full. When you factor in the extent to which they have jacked up their prices and the amount of cheese sauce that was in the container I think the same amount in actual gold would have been cheaper.
It seems like almost every item had less actual food in it than they used to serve.
This is just my opinion, but I remember years ago when I worked in fast food you would occasionally get a manager that thinks they can get themselves promoted by increasing profits at the expense of quality. Guess what? You won't have any profit at all when this location shuts down because you robbed your customers. I literally feel like I just got robbed, and we won't be back to this location until something changes.
I usually have a good experience but I asked for a chicken chalupa which I did not get. I barely got any chicken, and it was not good enough for what I paid.
@ 8:07 am 11/3 Taco bell was closed. I am very disappointed ???? as I was hankering for crunch wrap. So Dunkin Donuts got my money That MORNING.

They forgot 2 of my burritos even though it took them 15 minutes to hand me my order. The employee was like "oh yea you had chips," wild she remembered that since they couldnt remember half of my order. rip
