Poor customer service. I waited 17 minutes for my order. And then the staff had an attitude about the delay. No accountability here as the employees are lounging in the back without a supervisor around.
They have a sign at the register that says order at the kiosk, but don’t seem to be able to manage contactless service.
Not the first time I have had this issue here, but last time the manager had the decency to refund the cost of my meal.
This location sucks.
The food was good. Service fast, and the facility itself was very clean. I'm not sure how folks feel about using the kiosk versus going directly to the cashier. I didn't mind because I had a straightforward order.
The ambience and service were excellent.
My order was ready in a good time, the staff were all smiles from the guy who took my order to the lady who packaged it all. I especially loved the nacho fries and sauce!
From time to time I stop at this Taco Bell for a quick bite to eat. I went through the drive-thru. So far I have been greeted with amazing customer service. Thank you to the gentlemen who took my order and prepared my food during my last visit there. I was even given the specials to help me save a little. I greatly appreciate that.
This was at store #040049 on Annapolis Rd in Lanham, Md. I've never had such a good drive thru experience at any establishment. The gentleman named Oluwanifemi was the epitome of excellent customer service. He should be in a restaurant somewhere racking up huge tips as opposed to a Taco Bell drive thru. Excellent job, young man.
I made a large order with a beautiful worker names Oluwanifemi Faluyi. She was very nice and kind and she made my day!!! Give her a raise immediately!!!
I wish I could give zero stars. This has happened multiple times. I don’t ask for much I really don’t but every time I order a Cheese quesadilla it always comes with meat. I haven’t eaten meat in over two years except every time I chose to go to this location and ask for all other veggies items and even on my receipt they see it clearly states cheese quesadilla not chicken. I bit into it the first two times it has happened and after I make sure to check it first but tonight i used Uber eats and it happened. I will no longer support this location because they don’t support my journey of not eating meat. Thanks for making me spend 20+ dollars to ruin my appetite for not the first nor second or even third time. At this point I have to be the insane one.
I don't know what other people think, but I am happy with this location. They can do better with the little things, and I can tell that they do try to improve, but I can say that they are on the right path. Good and so cheap that you just need to order more.
