I stopped going to this Taco Bell because the dining room was always closed, as it was again today. I went through the drive through because I had to hurry and get back to work. The photos are their "grilled cheese burrito" which i can't eat without gettin it everywhere. This is basic, you saw it looked like this and didn't fix it because I was going to be gone before I saw it... do better!
Honestly, the best drive thru in the neighborhood ???? ???? foods always on point. The drinks are never messed up. If they're out of something, they know. The women on shift tonight are amazing
This is by far the worst Taco Bell location I have ever experienced and I’ve gone to a lot of TBs in my day. Every time I come here the staff is rude, they take FOREVER and the quality is terrible. Last night I waited at the speaker for 10 minutes and eventually had to go inside to pick up my mobile order. There was no one wearing a headset even covering the drive through and the lobby was full of people with the same situation. They are consistently out of items and often get the order wrong or leave things out. No one seemed to give a good god damn about anything going on in this place. Literally zero stars.
Unprofessional and rude. Their hours say they close at 2am. Their bright red open sign is on but they clearly close before 12am. I stop by after work around 11:45pm, wait in the drive-thru line for up to 10 minutes with no one having the courtesy to announce they're closed. I drive past the drive-thru and the employees are inside scratching their booty apparently. How rude to let cars line up without having a closed sign or announcing they are closed.
The franchise owners should pay their workers so they can staff the damn place. Always short staffed and cancelling my online orders after I wait for 30 minutes. DO BETTER
The food was terrible I just went thru the drive thru @9pm April 15th 2024 I was better off just going to mcdonalds food should never be this nasty
This is possibly the worst thing that I’ve ever seen in my life whoever the cook is on September 14, 2021 at approximately 10 PM you need to find a different line or field of work because the fast food ain’t cutting it for you I don’t know what you can do with yourself if you can’t make a simple order. I ordered 5 cups of cheese sauce and there is just enough to fill the bottom of each cup if I’m not mistaken I paid for all this. And this is the worst experience that I’ve ever had in my entire life with food. I understand that it’s a fast food joint and you probably hate your life because you work at Taco Bell but you can at least give people what they pay for this is Ridiculous from here on out when I want to go to Taco Bell I’ll go out of town
Took a while to get my order and then asked if I wanted sauce never gave me sauce or napkins and I ordered 2 Craving Boxes.
