The entire experience was horrible! I will stick to the excellent location on greenwell springs! No greeting at the speaker. They were out of wings at 5pm in the day. Kristin didn’t ask what size freeze I wanted and gave me a small. The roll ups literally had a sprinkle of cheese in them and were not rolled at all! As I talk with people nobody likes this location and that needs to be fixed. It’s unacceptable. Go to another location people I’m warning you!
I ordered leg and thigh meat. She even asked me if I wanted a leg and thigh or a wing and breast. I told her leg and thigh. I got a wing and breast, and when I brought it back in.This is what I got.Please check the picture. And the taste is sub-par. I have eight at many kfc's , and this is not what it's supposed to taste like.
KFC is dead... 4pc original w/ mash pot. The food had the consistency of frozen dinner with 0 taste. I will never eat KFC again. I paid $14 for horrible food that I threw away.
Just left this location and I’m utterly disappointed & disgusted once again. I hadn’t eaten in all day and risked giving this store a second chance. I just ate here last weekend and the food was terrible. This evening I ordered 2 chicken quesadilla combos and 2 extra taco supremes. I was only given 3 tacos and they were all regular. No sour cream. I told the manager and she took the bag back and said they will make the tacos over. I would think this time they would get it right. Only to get home and it’s 1 taco supreme and 3 regular tacos. We were still missing one Taco Supreme. The Tacos were all cracked and messy. The Quesidallas were so terrible. They were flat and I assume too hot because the paper was sticking to the quesidilla which made it hard to eat. We had to eat around the paper. I don’t know what has happened at this location but it’s now a store I will avoid at all costs. Food is too costly to have it gone to waste repeatedly.
I've tried this place 6 or 7 times over 10 years. It just feels like they really don't care about their jobs, they're just there for a paycheck. Customer service is, well ; nonexistent in how they greet their customers

Me: puzzled and at AWE given that it’s only 11 , they close at 12 && I was still in all inquiring about the SOFT SHELL- it’s only 11 o’clock why aren’t you all expanding the menu to the things that are at a popular demand NO ONE WANTS SOFT OR HARD shelled REGULAR tacos 1 hour before closing that’s lowering the business LOWERING the costumers & lowering the money that keep THEM PAID & the store opened
Them: nobody trying to be here at 12 cleaning
Also me : Why do you have a job here if you cannot keep up with the requirements
If the buisness close at 12 you should be cleaning up at 11:45

This location have been good to me for years YEARSSSS YOU HEAR ME but tonight was one of my worst nights ever EVER in fast food experience .

Whoever hired this shift needs their management position evaluated. Those people aren’t equipped or let alone have enough decorum to hold a cup onside the road . Those should be the faces of the location when I come there I expect Quality,Quantity,sophistication, and good work ethics .
I work hard for my money
I stopped by here on my way home from Baton Rouge.
I ordered a Burrito Supreme no sourcream or red sauce with 2 orders of chips with no cheese.
The burrito was made to order and had plenty of meat and beans.
But the chips were awful! They tasted like old burnt grease. I thought it was a couple of them but I tried the other bag and it was the same. Tasted so bad I couldn't eat them. What a waste of money.
I was I-10 already or I would have taken them back.
