Awful. Door dashed the food and they put no meat in my tacos. It also came cold even though the dash was very fast.
I love to come here is close to my house but always busy not good customer service really dirty please no one seems to care
Bruh. Usually love this taco bell, but my bestie and I went tonight and ordered spicy potato soft tacos, and they gave us this: a light dusting of mushy potatoes that feel like they've been out for hours. Like?? The guy was hella nice, but this is fr inedible.
"Closed for maintenance" with no warning, after I had already made my mobile order.
Looks like that's money wasted.
When I asked about a refund, they said "there's a number online that can help you with that" which is a real cop out — and calling an yet another outsourced overseas call center to wait on hold for an hour and then try to explain to someone who absolutely does not understand me that I need a refund because they were closed for maintenance sounds like a miserable experience all around.
I'm very sympathetic to the employees, it's not their fault, this is a failure of management.
This place is the chick fil a of Taco Bell’s. I’ve been to a lot of BAD Taco Bell’s. Forgetting food, long wait times, and not helpful staff.
This is NOT that Taco Bell! Almost every time go through the drive through, I’m greeted and asked how I’m doing. Always really nice. The staff here are just really kind towards customers! Never have I ever thought an employee was being rude or snotty.
Wait times in the drive through are generally ~5 mins, which is pretty dang quick. Longest I’ve ever waited was maybe crossing the ten minute mark, but even still that’s good.
The best part, I’ve NEVER had an issue with this Taco Bell forgetting food or giving me old stale food like at some other locations.
Whatever the staff are getting paid, ain’t enough, cause they’re running that Taco Bell like every single one in the country should be.
Don’t go inside, take a gamble on if they made your food correctly by going through the drive thru instead. Though they do occasionally get the food wrong or forget to give you an item or two in the drive thru it’s at least fairly quick. They only work on lobby food in between breaks in the drive thru which are rare. We ordered 30 minutes ago, at 3:20 it’s now past 3:50 and the food still isn’t ready. It’s not bad service, it’s terrible service.
I've been going to this Taco Bell the last month month-and-a-half, everything's been fine. And then one morning I came in on Saturday morning ???? and I got cheated on a cheesy bean and rice burrito ????. When I went back in the Drive-Thru to tell them that the portions on my cheesy bean and rice burrito were not sufficient. The staff there met me with severe disdain, incompetence, and overall unbecoming of a customer service food service worker. They started to charge me until I reiterated that I had gotten severely skimped on the cheesy bean and rice burrito that I had already ordered, I had the ???? burrito Open so the contents could be ???? seen. They got enraged at Me and I know this because they started to cause trouble for me, for real. They made me another bean burrito with the same skimped proportions, then they forgot the "light" cheese that I ordered. When I checked the burrito in front of them, they denied that they had to put bigger portions on that particular type of burrito. The people involved in this were; "a young large dark lady" and "a young slender light guy". The guy's name was Bailey Norman. When I asked what the lady's name was he wouldn't provide me with that information. She was the one serving my food I do believe (Not the cashier). The main manager store owner/operator's name is David Piper. He was not present at that time, I believe.
I have a picture of the first skimped burrito????, and 2 pictures of a good ???? burrito, adequately serving as an example of what the first skimped burrito should have looked like. I came in on Sunday morning the very next day like I've been doing for the last 6 weeks, and Bailey proceeded to tell me that I couldn't go back to the store anymore, that he couldn't serve me because I was causing trouble. All I had done was asked for normal proportions on a cheesy bean and rice burrito after they had skimped me the first time around. In this business you are allowed to correct mistakes of the workers if there was a mistake made. There simply was a mathematical mistake of the proportions and I was being a normal customer trying to get it fixed. I should not have been treated that way, not only do I think it's unfair, but they should be reprimanded some way so that it never happens again.
Something of this exact nature thet wasn't my fault, just like this time, happened around two years ago... They were skimping me on some potatoes ???????? that I had ordered on the side. They just argued, and their mathematics were wrong. I could even prove it just like I am now.
So enjoy the differences between the two skips burritos and the nice normal burrito ????. I don't see why I had to be their victim. Please afford some sort of Justice to help fix this problem, I think that treating regular customers like this is illegal ‼️. May you find out for yourself, and don't say I didn't warn you. Oh and by the way I'm disabled with anti social anxiety disorder. Sorry for my luck I guess. Please help thank you for your time. ????️????????️????
im extremely passionate about this particular taco bell location; there have been SEVERAL occasions where im leaving with a nice giggle or a smile on my face. TODAY a kind human being whom i failed to get their name bc im feeling shy ANYWAYS THEY GAVE ME A FREE DRINK AND IT MADE MY DAY CUZ I HUST STARTED MY PERIOD AND IVE BEEN THINKING ABOUT THIS BAJA BLAST FOR LIKE 2 DAYS. so thank you for making my day you amazing beautiful human
