Did a mobile order and from start to finish it was almost an hour and they weren’t even busy. Then they gave my food to the wrong person and had to remake my order. Half of the food was wrong and looked terrible. We only ate 2 tacos and threw the rest away. Customer service was terrible, I watched two people come in and walk out without anyone speaking to them. Watched employees come in from the outside and just standing in the back of the kitchen. They don’t answer their phones either. I tried calling the entire weekend and never once had anyone answer. Not worth your time or money to eat here. And as an icing on the cake, there was an abandoned car in the parking lot that had spray paint on the windshield saying to “tow it”. Which isn’t their fault, but this reminded me of the bad Taco Bells in the Chicago.
Went on a Tuesday afternoon (Today) at 4:15 pm. Only 1 car ahead of me in line at drive through. Ordered 3 regular soft tacos, nothing special. Cashier was very nice as I paid for my food. Later she returned to the window and asked if I could pull around to the front of the restaurant. When I got there 2 other cars were also parked possibly waiting on food. I had to be somewhere (the reason why I was in the drive through) so I left without my food. I feel better management is needed. It wasn't even the rush time yet. I'm not self important like that but time was short. It's fast food right?????????
Ordered ahead, 3 crunchy tacos, and 2 Bean burritos.
The place was packed. Many people got their orders before me.
The crunchy tacos were good. But the bean burritos, were NOT bean burritos. One was just meat and melted cheese, the other grated cheese and meat. No beans no sauce.
We've been waiting for taco bell to come to Lynden. We understand the business. But it's important to get the orders right. No one likes going back for The right food.
We love you Taco Bell!
If I could give negative stars I would. I got the food right out of the drive thru it wasn't even warm. And I brought my mom home a taco and there was a long black hair in her taco
They closed the lobby at 930pm, door and website says midnight or later. When we asked in the drive through they said it's easier to keep clean when closed. Also cut the lobby lights off after we tried the door lmfao. Can't rate the food, didn't want to disturb the 4 employees hanging out in the kitchen visible from the main door. Props to the one girl she was cleaning the lobby by herself.
I recently visited Taco Bell, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. The ambiance was pleasant, but the overall dining experience fell short. The service was slow, and there seemed to be a lack of attentiveness from the staff. It took an extended period for our orders to be taken, and even longer for the food to arrive. When it did, the dishes were lukewarm at best. The menu offered a variety of options, but the quality of the food did not match the prices. The flavors were underwhelming, and some dishes appeared to be poorly executed. Additionally, the portion sizes were on the smaller side, leaving us feeling unsatisfied. While I appreciate the effort to create a unique culinary experience, the execution at Taco Bell needs improvement. I hope the management takes this feedback into consideration for the benefit of future diners.
Went to get dinner via takeout. There was a lot of chit-chat between the employees and not much concentration in their job rolls. The worker at the drive-thru window forgot to give me my drink and unfortunately I didn't notice until I was halfways home. When I was at my house I saw that they got my order wrong. I ordered beef and they gave me chicken. The food overall is good but the employees lack concentration, plus they take longer to give you your food than other Taco Bell locations.
I'm not a fan of leaving negative reviews, because I understand that workers are people and people are not perfect. However, I ordered ahead on the app (in order to SAVE time), and went in to pick up. I work close so never expect it to be done as soon as I get in. However last time I ordered, I waited for 30 minutes before I had to tell an employee that I'd been waiting. Today when I ordered ahead, I had to wait another 20. When I told them I was there, they informed me that it had been ready for 5 minutes prior, making it cold. What is the point of having a "Pick Up Window" if you aren't going to put the completed orders in the window? It seems like after the first week of them opening, the experienced employees went back to their other stores and left us with the new employees. It's Taco Bell - it ain't perfect. However, figure it out.
