Ordering on big iPads and food orders wrong or poorly made more often than not doesn’t really make for wanting to come back.
I have to give this taco bell props. I come here like almost 5 times a week and the food never disappoints. It's always fresh and the restaurant is always clean... when I go to different taco bells I'm always disappointed because they never compare to this one...
This Taco Bell location is fantastic! I come here from time to time for lunch. It’s tasty..and every employee here is very professional and kind. And they have a speedy drive thru! And so far they haven’t forgot any items I’ve ordered.
Probably the most consistent taco bell in Indiana honestly, I have never had an issue with my order and the food is actually hot and fresh. I came in today (2/7/2024) at 4:30 and the manager (was working drive Thru and in a collar button down) was just wonderful and friendly. He needs a raise, it's hard to find good people like him in the restaurant industry.
Ordered a door dash never got it. Staff was super rude to the drivers. Tried for a second time cause my son was craving a grilled cheese burrito. And the dasher had to really push to get the order. Thankfully for her getting it.
My order is incorrect more often than not. I can't have dairy, and the cheese is usually left off, but they still put sour cream or a dairy sauce.
I haven't been in a long time. The young man was knowledgeable about my order, and they made it so hot and fresh. I had to pull in the parking lot, park the car, and enjoy my lunch.
as a frequent Taco Bell guest, I have been to quite a few different Taco Bell in different states and this one has, without a doubt, been the absolute best one. Even a few minutes before close everything is exactly how it’s supposed to be. I’d be surprised if the owner themself wasn’t working tonight and if they weren’t y’all need to promote some of your staff because they put straight LOVE in my order tonight
