Best WLM Reviews
The purpose of this message is to modify my previous evaluation. The culinary experience was exceptional. Although my recent visits were disappointing, today's experience compensated for those shortcomings. Please maintain this level of excellence.
They eliminated the person at the counter for a computer screen. The counter person WAS customer service, made the whole experience easy. I couldn't find chalupas and neither could they for awhile. All this to eliminate the most important crew member. Took forever to order 1 nachos bell grande and 3 chalupas. Been going to that store for 20 years. I won't be back. They forgot their empire was built on customer service and convenience. Now they just suck
The food tastes stale/old. The service is okay. They overload every item with sour cream. So, that's all you taste. The nachos are greasy and flavorless.
After a long plane trip home, this Taco Bell was a nice place to stop and eat. Maybe not the nicest Taco Bell I’ve ever been too, but I was happy to get a cheesy Gordita crunch in me.
This is my favorite taco bell. It’s Amazing! From customer service to its staff especially Jesiel who is handsome and helpful and Naylyn who made sure my order was perfect. This taco bell on east 9th street is Amazing! I THINK THE PICTURES SAY IT ALL!
Not only did they get my order wrong but when I came back to correct it the cook was calling me a liar in Spanish and the order came out wrong again. So they charged me for messing up my order twice. Obviously not the first time because you Google the place and there's a video of the attendant saying they only speak Spanish. If you want diarrhea go to Taco bell in Doral.
The dining area is literally 5 or 6 homeless people with their bags lounging and getting free drinks from the fountain.. saw a guy literally bring a cooler fill it up with ice and soda .. just walked out the door.. the employees are oblivious to what the dining area is like .. they just laughing and playing on phone .. my daughter said . Dad let’s get out here I don’t feel safe
Not bad for fast food, great menu
