This is by far my favorite Taco Bell in the central Virginia area. The ladies are always polite and friendly. The quesadilla is always cooked beautifully here. It is full of chicken and the special sauce and cheese like it is supposed to be. We stopped yesterday and it was fantastic again. Great job at everyone at this place who does their work so well. You are greatly appreciated. Thanks again for the fabulous service and yummy food to hit the spot ????
Lived here for 3 years. They consistently mess up orders. Constantly chatting or arguing while the drive thru or lines inside pick up. Extremely ratchet staff depending on what shift you order. A lot of the younger staff, while inexperienced, are more mature, kind, and professional than the older staff. Don't get the Chalupas. They almost are always stale and dry.
I arrived to pick up a Grubhub delivery at 11:55 PM. Drove 12 miles. Speaker was turned off and had to honk my horn to get someones attention at the window. Was informed due to the customer ordering a party pack they were not going to make more beef. So I had to cancel the order. Will this Taco bell employee be reimbursing me for my travel? Nope. I will stop from picking up orders here.
workers were auguring and cussing and two employees stepped out crying because other employees were yelling and cussing at her. food took 30 minutes to get to me. this is the worst fast food place i’ve ever been don’t come is less you want to scrap w these horrible employees.
Kicked out customers because they didn’t feel like making the food. Cussing in the kitchen very loudly made me uncomfortable to even sit in there. Not to mention they were behind on orders and 2 workers walked out for a little break while people were waiting for their food. Worst Taco bell I have ever been here.
We put in a mobile order and paid for it ahead of time. When we arrived, they hadn't started making the order. They forgot two items in the order. We had to turn around and go back. They fixed it and were nice about it. We did appreciate that.
Had a delicious food. Have been one of the best Taco Bell’s I have ever visited. Quality of the food was so great..!! For anyone who is traveling to DC this is a great place to have dinner.
My wife and I were just there about 1 PM this Saturday and brought in our two young grandsons two years old and four years old. Our four-year-old grandson left a small stuffed little animal, we were sitting in the padded bench seats facing the window, could you please look to see if you found a little stuffed animal and if so, contact our email address in the attached review.
