Last time I came it was great had a great drive thru member, but this time not so much she seemed so disinterested in making sure I got my order and my food was more than expected i was not asked if i wanted a large freeze when i had made it my drink on my meal, anyone would know medium or regular size would be the appropriate size for a meal unless asked . My chips and nacho cheese well I have a picture that will just explain that situation, 5 dollars almost for a bag not even half full. My number 8 barely had anything in the tacos only because I asked for no tomato, does not mean they should make portions smaller than meant to be, there is a scoop for measuring meat for a reason. Overall I hated this experience .
Edit: The new management team and staff are so much better. Tried the food again upon seeing the new management signs. Food was perfect. Fast friendly service.
Waited over 25 min for food. Missing items. Food was thrown together and not good. Lobby had no napkins, no sauce of any kind out. Worst Taco Bell location ever, don’t waste your time or money!
3 soft tacos had barely any beef and cheese and paid $5.37 the guy in drive thru said inflation. I say still give me more meat I'm paying for it. I don't recommend this taco bell in campbellsville you will be wasting your money
Updated review: Over the past couple of months there has been a marked increase in food quality and service. I have found myself going back more frequently for the value menu. I typically order on the app as I'm leaving work and the food is ready when the counter by the time I arrive.
Waited over 30 minutes in drive thru. Was told I couldn't get chalupas because the fryer was down. Asked for 3 chicken soft tacos, supreme (which means sour cream and tomato). I took a picture to show, they were NOT supreme, and were cold when I received them. Did not feel like waiting another half hour to fix the mistake, as my mom was in the car and had already waited that long to eat her food from somewhere else. The only good thing I can say is that the girl at the window was nice and friendly. Very dissatisfied otherwise.
Waited 45 minutes for what ended up being garbage food. And a freeze that melted while I waited and was refused to make another. The man in front of me was waiting an hour and ended up leaving. The food was soggy and cold.
It was the worst experience I have ever had at a taco bell the food was horrible the meat was cold tbe order was wrong tbe store manager even went as far as to tell theh didnt have what I ordered even on there menu ? I was like are you kidding me you dont gave chicken quesadillas on your menu at the taco bell in campbellsville ky where I was just at 25 minutes ago and ordered food
This is some of the worst “new management” I have ever seen everytime I️ order food I️ sit in the line for 30+ minutes no matter how big the line is , Althought my food is usually warm other times my order is wrong . I️ have even had friends late for work due to them sitting in the line for well over a hour.
