Spacious compared to the downtown location. The food satisfied my pregnant cravings. They could have been more helpful when the soda machine was acting up. Instead, they just gave me a canned Pepsi. I'll still go back.
They just opened and I’m already disappointed
They only have 4 ordering screens that are super complicated to order and take forever to finish up your order. Two other people were trying to order next to me and had as much trouble as I did. One guy ended up leaving the other guy tried to order at the register and it took all 3 workers to figure it out. As they were prepping my food I was kinda disgusted on how the prep station looked it was very dirty and workers touching everything with there undersized gloves ,, Please train your staff better . The food itself was good but I won’t be going back for a while until they get it in order
I ordered one soft taco and a nachos with 2 cheese cups on the side. Not only is this store overpriced but they are so stingy with the servings. My soft taco hardly had any meat in it compared to other visits in other stores and all the cheese cups were only half full. Hardly anything in it. I feel so ripped off. I’m contacting management because this isn’t right
newish Taco Bell location on Broadway, near the Marcy Avenue subway stop. fairly clean, lots of lighting, and a good amount of seats. there’s touchscreens as well as counter ordering.
the menu is like every Taco Bell. grabbed takeout after a workout. location seems to get slammed depending on the time of day or night bc of foot traffic on Broadway, the subway, and it’s Taco Bell. the BelGrande nachos i got were fine and tasted good. would definitely come here again if i were in the area.
the staff is friendly and nice. i am guessing they are getting the kinks worked out bc there did seem to be some confusion on orders while i was there which was delaying things. again it’s fast food so these things happen.
Kudos to the employees working NYE 2023, but shame on management for their lack of preparation for what they should’ve expected for a busy night. Via ordering on the Taco Bell app, I waited 45+ min in store while their employees worked hard, but simply overwhelmed with orders with only 3 employees.
I ordered on Ubereats A Crunchwrap Combo. There was no meat in any of my food. They stuffed the hell out of them with beans and called it a day. Also gave me the wrong soda.
the bathroom stunk my food took a long time to come and my taco was decapitated .
I did order taco-bell here via grubhub for like 2 times, looks like staff don’t want to work. I never got sauces.???????? i mean how some one can eat without sauce. They just want money. First time i ignored because I thought someone can forget, but they ate doing it every single time. Worst place to eat tacobell!!
