This location is convenient as there isn't any taco bells around. Now the people working here like to cheat you on food and is way more expensive than other bells. I know I didn't spend four dollars on this skimpy taco. I could see if tacos were still only 90 cents a decade ago but this place h to the naw. Not filling at all
Seemed like manager, was very rude. He gave me my order but it looked light, I asked him, is everything in the box? He said yes it is in a very rude manner. I decided to double check in the parking lot and noticed that I was missing food. I went back to the drive thru and told him I was missing food and to pay more attention, he didn't like that. I'll try to stay away from this spot if I can.
waiting and waiting and waiting. I was alone when I came in and ordered. After came one after another one complaining something missing. That's something unbelievable. My last time here, would never recomend A lot of people working, but have no idea what they are doing. No wonder their rating so low. Looks like they don't know what they are doing
My experience was so bad it was funny. I waited about 45 minutes for my mobile order to be prepared. At the 35 minute point I asked the manager if they had my order. She punched some buttons on the register and what I assume was my order printed out. She said "Yes" turned and took the print out to the kitchen and soon after my order was ready.
The thing is that a crowd of people waiting for their orders was forming in the dining room, but no food seemed to be coming out. So, apparently everyone was working on drive through orders.
While I was there a Door Dash driver had waited 35 minutes and gave up canceling his clients order.
One woman walked by and said she was giving up. "If they call my name anyone can have my order."
Then on top of the wait I was shorted one item and my Crunch Wrap Supreme was not really filled very much. I'll include a picture of the last part which was pretty much just tortilla.
That being said, the experience I had at a Bolingbrook store a few days ago was perfect. Food read on time and prepared well. So, it's not the chain as much as local management.
The managers at this Taco Bell are in question. I’ve met some staff at the drive-through that do their best given the conditions. Even after the Covid restrictions in restaurants they still have an opened indoors just the drive-through. If you’re willing to wait 10 minutes for your order this is your place. They also don’t adhere to their posted open times and will randomly close early when they feel like it.
6/20/2022 update- in line at 11:05 food at 11:41 - 7 cars in front of me - saw 2 employees but only single machines - they should buy more and reduce the wait time- I think the owner should be forced to wait in the drive through too and maybe things would change
Whoever was working at this taco bell at 1:40am the morning of Tuesday Jan 30 was so pleasant and polite, especially for being the middle of the night. I got my food very quickly as well. Kudos to that closing crew.
This could be the worst Taco bell, I had to wait 10 mins on a drive thru and finally was asked to place the order by walking in, I placed the order via kiosk as they were not really interested to take the order. I had to follow up 3 times and wait for a chicken quesadilla and the way it was made was even worst (see it for yourself in the picture attached). Almost 45 min for this ridiculous. Staff worked like sloth in Zootopia. Never going here again!
Order through the app for pick up. Service was quick, but you could tell they were having a bad night. Little to no interaction at the window. When we got home we realized one of our items were missing (we realize we should have double checked there). We also ended up with a hair in our burrito, not appetizing.
