Thank you to the lovely night lady who worked 04/19/24 @2:30am! Our food was made with love and care!! She needs a raise or promotion ASAP!! NO CAP ???? This is the best Taco Bell I’ve been at! Food has never been so delicious and fresh! It looked like it came from the commercial/ advertisement!! Shout out to you lady keep up the outstanding work!! Thank you for giving us the best experience possible.
It must have been a rough night. I did a mobile order for pickup. We ordered 3 dipping tacos and 1 was missing. The other 2 were severely burnt on one side and no cheese on the other side. The sauce was barely filled. We ordered a crunchwrap with no tomatoes and it had tomatoes. The chicken quesadilla was not stuffed at all. The chips and cheese were missing the cheese and tasted like the oil needed to be changed. The cinnamon twists were inedible because of that stale oil taste. They were out of mild sauce.
I sure do not know what has happened to this place. In the last year they have gone from one of our favorite places to go to the point where I will just not bother going there anymore. It started declining when they were unable to control the temperature inside the dining room. They are always cold in the dining area, but this past winter topped out being as cold inside as outside. So, we stopped going into the dining room, and only using the drive through. Now they cannot make change for some reason. I had to wait and wait in line at the drive through, give my order and then they tell me I have to have exact change. Disappointed to say the least. They are always really slow to take orders inside or outside. Well, I have had it. I will be travelling further now to get my tacos, but at least I will not be freezing and will get my order taken at the other Taco Bell we go to in Fountain.
We have visited this store several times and run into the same issues. Tonight we placed a mobile order, and say in the drive through for 40 minutes waiting as the third car. The biggest issue was that we order 4 boxes and some side orders. They placed every item in one bag although they had boxes. I asked as nothing was labeled how to tell what was what and for whom. When they handed me the bag it ripped and of course was a smashed soggy mess when we got home. My husband couldn't tell if what he was eating was chicken or beef. I don't know why they always do this but it's like lighting money on fire.
I will never eat at any taco bell again.
And at this location this is 2 times I got food poisoning. A few months ago and yesterday. I got a Mexican pizza a they put no sauce on it at all and the beans was so dry..I only at half.
Then later on I was up all night with food poisoning.. screw taco bell and their worthless employees no stars for them at all

I often have to find a cheap meal for delivery due to my working hours. I used to work at a Taco Bell and absolutely loved it. But this store has regularly underperformed. From missing and incorrect items and utensils, to burnt and stale food. Do better Camden Ave Taco Bell, I never would have let this fly at my store.
Food is good, staff is ok. Store is disgusting. I went in to use the restroom and there was blood all over the females toilet. I told 2 employees and all they said was " are your serious". Yes I am. They checked it and said thanks for saying something. I never once saw any one go clean it. Another employee went in to use, but turned around and didn't tell anyone or did anything about it. I won't be going back to this location. That is a health hazard and no one seemed to care.
