I got one of those new stackers. I even paid a 70 cent up charge for chicken instead of beef. I got this. It’s not grilled and completely ice cold.This is why I usually go to the peach orchard tacobell and not the Tobacco Road one. Not the first time my order has been messed up. Last time half of it was missing this time I get uncooked food.
When you fail already lowered expectations????????
It was a simple online order yet everything wasn’t right. It was at 10:30pm there were no other cars, it wasn’t busy yet you still got the order wrong.
???????? I know the menu at Taco Bell is so complicated and confusing how could anyone expect you to meet such rigorous standards!
Food was awful. It tasted aged, and stale. The cantina bowl is a bunch of lettuce, no rice, two cubes of chicken, and don't even think about eating the tomatoes in it, yuk. Cinnamon twists were obviously cooked in very old oil, and sat out for a super long time. Completely disgusting meal.
Shout out to the cashier who gave me 48 (I counted) mild sauce packets when I asked for extra mild sauce for 2 burritos Friday night. Seems like he’s good to have around for food cost. Excellent customer service. Very generous.
Order was right but not hot or even warm and this taco was not at worth the money I paid….they still suck at making tacos ????
They did a great job. They just didn't put my extra sour cream on my stuff. The drive thur lady was very sweet. I placed my order online for the first time and it was very easy. Y'all would haves 5 stars if my extra sour cream was on my stuff. I asked for extra sour cream for 3 of my items and none of them had extra sour cream on them.
No customer service stood inside for 10 mins nobody said anything had to use kiosk they never did acknowledge me and my family 12:36 1/2/24
