If your stomach doesn't like Taco Bell, don't go. If you want "authentic, cultural" food, don't go. Otherwise, this is one of the clearer locations that I've been too and I usually don't have to worry about quality. I've actually sent food back here and they've fixed the problem appropriately. I like that I can see them constructing the food. The staff isn't always checking the cleanliness and sauce bins, so I find it helpful to mention it to someone. Most of the time the staff is working hard. They are polite and patient with people who aren't sure what they want. Their online system seemed to be about 1/3 of their orders. My most recent trip was a late lunch on a weekday.
The pleasure I get from ordering from this Taco Bell is immeasurable! They aye hast a good staff on hand whom work most hard. They aye compose it fun to be there. Mine favorite decree is the Taco Bell pizza please bring it back. And there is one employee there whom cries towards the microphone when I don’t crave mine receipt. Jermey? Jacob? Justin? I’m not sure yet thou hurt mine ears please forbear

This place is a joke, they can't even make a burrito correctly, there's supposed to be sour cream, nacho cheese, rice and beef, and this is what I get idk what's wrong with the people that work here but for real give people what they pay for... All that's in there is ground beef.
This location is horrible and down right rude. If you want a messed up order and rude staff come on down. Clearly have no training and a manager that is 18 years old. I will be reaching out to corporate and filing a complaint with the location.
They can’t evening read a screen and follow instructions. After 3 attempts of trying they still could not complete my order correctly.
Here is my order how hard is this.
-Two cheesy roll ups with sour cream
-two spicy potato soft tacos
-cheese quesadillas with potato
I got 1 cheesy roll up no sour cream but was charged for two plus sour cream
I got a cheese quesadilla no potato but was charged for potato
And no spicy potato soft tacos
And was charged $27.50
And sadly this was after three attempts to get the what we thought was correct.
And this is not the first issue we had here a couple weeks back another staff member did the same thing.
While ordering I asked for no tomato due to a food allergy, I get to the window and verify and get an attitude that “ you never said that sir!”, I have been allergic for years I say it everywhere Karl I know what to order. He then proceeds to make 5 spite tacos all of them with tomato… thank you for doing so great at your job Karl P. (Name on receipt) making my food inedible to me and holding to guidelines on food allergies! Probably why you work there in the first place.
My drive thru experience with Justin was awesome. After a long shift with Uber, my wife and I were tired from the airport traffic. He made our order into a comedy show! Not only was he pleasant, and kind, respectful he made our order accurate and Hot! Don't lose Justin. He turned our night from ok to a amazing date night before going home. Thank you Justin for your kindness and generosity. ????
One of the better tacobells I've been to in CT... or at least my area. Rarely mess up my order like other places. They did mess up once tho so I guess they're not perfect either.
They satisfied my craving I get occasionally for Taco Bell. The line moved fast and I got my tacos. Everything was good.
