It impossible for me to give less than 5 stars and wish I could give 10!
This is the fastest, most friendly, order-perfect place in town. I go to them all but for speed, friendliness, food and order perfection, it is the winner! I usually write more but there it is, in all its splendor and glory, just above!
So I was having an especially emotional night, I had had a fight with my boyfriend, feeling down, but then I remembered! Taco bell makes everything better! I drive down there, even though I don't want to, I get to the order box and the girl says hi, welcome to Taco Bell (something). I respond, "hello, how's your night going?". She, in a very short tone says, order whenever you're ready. Okay, maybe she's having a bad night too. I ask for the beefy melt burrito, and she says she doesn't know what that is. Fine, I like a lot of things at Taco Bell, I'll improvise. She did do the "extra meat, add sour cream" which a lot of people don't do but I told her at the first item, I appreciate that but I can just tell you add ons I want. She gets increasingly more agitated with each item and I only ordered 4 things. Then the guy at the window seemed just as irritated that I wanted to talk to him like we were two human beings rather than just going through a script of a super annoyed employee that has no want or need to be there. Haven't eaten the food yet, I'm sure it's fine, it Taco Bell after all. I just hope the cooks enjoy their life more than their customer service employees.
Chris is a very hard working manager here. He knows what he’s doing and is very good at his job. So grateful for him and the team here. Food was super fast and great. Chris is just the best guy here. I think he’d be able to serve food or defend a poor soul better than anyone I know.
Switched up a doordash order and gave us the wrong one (first time it's happened though, no big) husband and I decided to reorder our food just without our drinks since that was the once thing they got right. They recognized our reorder and gave us free drinks and vouchers anyways! Very considerate of them :)
I go to this location often, as i am a regular. I always go during the evening. However, the last several times i’ve gone i’ve gotten really terrible customer service. the staff is unnecessarily rude, giving attitude, not talking when we speak to them etc. I have also been skimped out on several items, or my sides of dressings will have hardly anything in it. I do not recommend this location, i only go because it is the one closest to my home. it it the young girls and the guy to fakes a texas accent in the drive thru. When i have gone around lunch, i get great service. it is only during the night.
food, service and atmosphere are exceptional. my friends and I all go here regularly to hang out and my boy Chris always goes above and beyond to make sure our experience there is memorable and fun. I don't know how much that man makes but it isn't enough
Taco Bell has a FABULOUS drive thru guy (I call him Cowboy) but he is courteous funny and does his job well.. ,"Cowboy'6⅙ rules the drive thru we never go in. Try the frozen drink the dragon fruit one it's marvelous better than strawberry that's to sweet for me, although it's my adult son's favorite.
It's a Taco Bell selling Taco Bell food. For me Taco Bell food has never been that good. Beside the food the customer service was great and quick. Going through drive through was quick and getting the food after pulling up to the window was also quick.
I'm glad the there is another option for fast food here in Monroe. We have plenty of burger places but few variety of anything else.
