After they made us wait 20 minutes for an order, they forgot my potato soft taco. I kindly asked them to provide it, and the scowling guy at the counter angrily slammed a cheese and warm lettuce filled (not to mention poorly wrapped) potato taco onto the counter. Inside I found two lonely chunks of potato - see attached.
I come here a lot. But the crew on Saturday, March 23 2024 is singlehandedly the worst group of employees I've ever had the misfortune of ordering from.
Terrible atmosphere, terrible service, and spitefully made food.
I mean I'll be back, just never after sundown.
The last two weeks, I’ve visited this Taco Bell on Franklin Road twice. I arrived early the first time I went, just as they were opening, and they performed admirably.. I feel the morning team was efficient, well mannered and cordial. My second visit, though, wasn’t so great..in fact, it was rather awful. I ordered via the Taco Bell mobile app, but they didn’t give me one of my tacos. They offered lousy customer service when I pointed it out to them. They were talking about me and calling me names as they made their way to the kitchen! I got all my food but things could have been much better. Both the dining area and the tabletops were untidy. Toilets were a complete mess. Sink had some black stuff all over it. There are flies all over the place. My second visit was during evening hours.
Walked into this taco bell, ordered my food and received a rock-hard chelupa with bone dry ingredients. I was nice about it being fine if I got a replacement. The manager was apologetic, but the worker who made my chalupa was not. I received a hastily thrown together, chelupa that was thrown into a bad with all the ingredients fallen out. As he handed me the bag, he gave me a glare that I could not be describe as anything other than one from someone who wished me harm. So I decided to cut my losses and leave. When I got to the rest of my food it was the same scenario a burrito that was falling out both ends and a quesadilla that was hard and burnt.
I would not recommend this taco bell to my worst enemies. Avoid at all cost wasn't even able to finish my food for fear of spit or other contamination. I would give a 0 star if it was possible.
We came to this Taco Bell on Saturday afternoon after a long day at work. When ordering at the drive thru, the staff member was extremely rude. He kept cutting us off half way through a sentence and gave a ton of attitude. We pulled in to go inside and get food where the manager was also rude to my partner. We got our food and within an hour we both were throwing up violently and have been ill ever since. We will never eat at Taco Bell again. We have loved TB for a long time and this experience will always be our last. The food and atmosphere used to be so pleasant and inviting. It’s sad to see how things have turned out, especially at this location. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
This Taco Bell/Pizza Hut is a hit or miss sometimes, sadly. Majority of the time I have visited, the 'Pizza Hut' portion of the store is closed - regardless of what time it is. The food is on point majority of the time & delicious. Unfortunately, you never see the same faces each time you visit, so customer service is 50/50. Sometimes they are fantastic, sometimes they have the worst attitude. This location lacks consistency across all aspects, sadly. But again, the food is on point majority of the time & that's what we're here for anyway :D
Waited 38 minutes for two tacos and there was several employees just playing around, going in and outside smelling like marijuana and got home and hard taco wasso full of sauce it was soggy
Service is so bad at this Taco Bell that I’m forced to stop my lunch and write this review. Of course, now we’re all forced to place orders on the digital device versus talking to a real person… I guess that’s good since the people who work there are so rude that you wouldn’t wanna talk to them anyway. Some guy tossed my bag of food up on the counter, but didn’t bring my drink. When I called him, he just kept walking away. Then some lady came by and said “we will bring you your drink, sir, with attitude. I understand labor toward shortages, but the training and customer respect here is pathetic.
They advertise the "new Large nacho fries". Pictured is what you're SUPPOSED to get vs what you ACTUALLY get at this location. When they screw up and forget a couple of items, they make you wait an obnoxious amount of time before they fix their mistake, then complain very loudly about it in the kitchen... loud enough for everyone in the dining room to hear...
This location is just plain ridiculous.
