If I could give negative stars, I would. Ordered at the kiosk, wanted to pay with cash. Took 8 minutes for someone to take our payment. Took another 3 minutes to get an iced coffee. Then 4 minutes later, they tell us that Nacho Fries have been discontinued. So it took 15 minutes to get an iced coffee and crunch wrap. Definitely not recommending.
Hard shell tacos and Mexican pizza hard shells weren't hard at all like the only things that need to be hard is those two things and you can't even do that right....not to mention they didn't cut the quesadilla either. Seriously ? Lol also This place looks so good when you walk in but the staff is horrible. And they don't care about quality service or quality food. Go somewhere else. Such a disappointment. Even if it's just taco bell.
Uodate: 4-09-24 not sure why we decided go there again but I supposed it's because it's the closest place to us but this time it took almost 45 minutes waiting in the drive through for our order. Which is absurd considering there was only 4 cars ahead of us. Then when we got our food it looked like it was packed by a 6 year old. The Mexican pizza was completely falling out of the container it was in. And as the last time. Everything is soggy. NOTHING IS CRISPY!!!!! I wish this place would close down. It's a disgrace to the taco bell name.

Order for takeout. This is a combo location with KFC. There are accessible parking places near the door, the entrance is accessible, and seating is, as well. Pleasant, efficient service right away, as soon as we were ready to order. The very nice girl who took our order was easily able to tell us what all was on the different items and compare between choices. We each got one KFC and one Taco Bell item for dinner. Restaurant was not crowded, and the drive-through appeared to be efficient as well. Our order was right the first time - which is highly unusual for this location; we usually get shorted at least one item, and often have individual orders wrong at pickup (we get food from here at least once every 2 weeks). Crispy strips were yummy, as always, but I wish KFC would bring back its old Sweet & Sour dipping sauce; the current sauces are less-than-yummy. Original 3-piece white meal had one good chicken breast, one tiny, greasy chicken breast, and one really greasy wing. The Mexican pizza was very good, and the Supreme Burritos were excellent, also. Our order was complete quickly and efficiently, and service with a smile.

First off all I want to start off by saying DO NOT GO HERE. Let’s simply say a blindfolded monkey could take orders and make food way better than anyone there can. 5/5 times of being here they have messed up my order. Every time I get home to enjoy the simplest of tacos (Doritos loco taco) I open the wrapping to a very horrendous makeup of what I ordered.
It's pretty decent for what it is. Staff always friendly. Usually pretty clean, though once or twice we've had to look for a table that didn't need a good wipe down. If you use the drive through, check to make sure your order is actually yours and is complete before you leave the lot. (Probably good advice with any drive through) We've had more than our share of incomplete or incorrect orders handed to us over the years here. Love Taco Bell though, and this one is just fine with us.
