Was there about 3 wks ago. This place is a combo kfc/taco bell. Walked in to order bc drive thru is a joke (slowwwww). While there, I went to the restroom. An employee came in, used the bathroom and left - WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS! Disgusting!! I was shocked she did this right in front of me!! THEN as I was leaving, I saw a guy knock the big chicken tongs on the floor, stare at them for a few seconds, and then put them back on the counter with a shrug. I will never eat at this KFC/Taco Bell again! No way! DONE! If they do these kinds of things in FRONT of customers, what do they do when we're NOT LOOKING??? BEWARE!!!
Not happy my order was wrong. Especially when I was the only customer in the drive thru. I tried calling but the phone rang and rang. It's usually a very nice place but the young teenager in the drive thru did not greet me, did not smile, did not even say thank you come again. I had to ask for my sauces,my straws,even napkins. Ridiculous and quite lazy. He seemed more interested in his phone than working.
This location is a Taco Bell and KFC combination. I only used the Taco Bell menu, and the food, service, and quality were consistently good the few times I have eaten here.
New review as of 4/22/22:
We tried going back to this location to get a quick dinner meal. Unfortunately, when we got home we received this burnt to a crisp burrito....they just can't seem to get "food right." We went back and tried to fix it, but they said they were closing and everything was gone, so I asked for a refund. They said they couldn't and to just come back tomorrow for them to make a new one.
11/12/21 review:
The hours are listed online as 11:30PM on weekdays, and they constantly close between 9-10PM. This is the third time this has happened.
Also, we have recently been twice and been denied service prior to their scheduled closing. As of today, 11/12/21, there is a sign that says they close at 8:00 due to staffing. We were denied service when we pulled up at 7:55. The other time, we were in the drive through line 30 minutes to close because the inside was closed. We finally got to the order sign, and we were also denied service. We still got to the order sign before closing time then, too. They might as well shut down and sell to someone else.
I worked at Taco Bell for years, I’ve eaten Taco Bell for over a decade. This was the worst excuse for a cheesy Gordita crunch I’ve ever had. Dude in the drive through was in a sketchy black hood..?
When you spend over $9 for 2 chalupas and one taco you at least expect them to have more than 2 shreds of cheese, 2.5 tiny diced tomatoes, the amount of chicken equivalent to one small nugget and a quarter of a pound of lettuce... This was the most disappointing meal I've ever had from any taco Bell. I understand scaling back but this was ridiculous and definitely makes me never want to waste my money at this location ever again.
Dinning area looks like it has not been cleaned in days, restroom was worse. 4 staff members sat in a both while we waited 10 min for someone to take our orders. Ordered took every bit of another 20 min before we got all of our food. Pretty pour showing here, I would bypass this one completely!!!
Everytime I go there the whole staff is outside smoking. My Mexican pizza is sloppy and uncut and the woman at the window was very courteous. She saved this place and honestly how hard it is to cut a Mexican pizza.
