Husband went through drive thru around 1:30am Friday to pick up the online order. They obviously can't even read & hardly ever get an order right. I swapped the beef to chicken on the chulapa & they put both meats on there. The receipt even showed to swap it to chicken. They barely put cheese on any of the order. I'm usually not one to complain, but I honestly don't even know how you can screw up an order so bad with no other cars there. He did go back & tell them they messed up & they made another one & said sorry. Still not happy, but this is a reminder to check your order before leaving.
Waited in drive through for an hour watching employees walk aimlessly, talk to each other / teenage customers inside the store while there was drive through lines going out of the parking lot. Finally received tacos that were greasy and half filled. This was my go to spot but they dropped the ball
I wish I could l could leave 0 stars. it’s been 3 weeks and their steamers are still “down” however it seems they’re only not working when they’re busy. I’m sick of coming and taco bell having nothing on their menu. if you can’t function while open, close. 0 stars is even generous. Taco bell is no longer something to enjoy it’s nothing more than a waste of time and a waste of energy. there’s such a small chance at getting what you came to order and an even smaller chance at what you ordered being right.
If you feel like wasting an hour of your life sitting in your car this is the place for you. I pulled into the drive thru with 5 cars in front of me and after an hour I still didn't have my food. After this incredible waste of time I couldn't fathom giving this "Fast food" restaurant any of my money. Either this location hires the handicapped our they are all doing heroin in the back. I will never waste my time coming to this place again.
*Updating my original review, as I had the wrong location.
This Menasha location is the best I've been to, in terms of staff friendliness, accuracy, and ease of order. The food is always quick, hot, and exactly what I ordered.
I go out of my way to this location just to fulfill my Taco Bell cravings.
Ordered 2 soft shell tacos no lettuce and it was mostly just shell couldn't find the meat asked for nachos and cheese got a nacho Supreme can't get order right .food was cold this place sucks. Only went there to give them another chance done with them get something better for menasha
Service is horrible, only taco bell ???? in my town. One time I found hair in my taco and I called to see if I could get new food and the manager hung up on me because I didn't get a receipt. I went there and brought my food back and demanded it to be remade and said that she hung up on me and she said that I don't have a receipt and everyone wears a hairnet who makes food. No apology for hanging up or the hair in my food. All I got was a coupon for a free taco and the manager is always rude.
Service differs depending on who's on staff at the time. The scruffy faced man at the drive-through window is always amazing and tries to greet everyone with an upbeat attitude and a smile! The woman at the window with the tats is always crabby and complains when you point out that she forgot something from your order. The other heavier set woman is just as bad and seems to hate the world. Wish this place would find a way to get rid of their proverbial revolving door.
