Went to this location pretty late so unfortunately the dining area was closed. However, our drive-thru experience was excellent! Albert apologized to us for not being able to dine in and gave us the utmost courtesy on the drive-thru for our multiple orders with incredible patience and assurance. My colleagues and I have been to many Taco Bells nationally but the service we received at this one has set a new, high bar! Thank you to the staff at this location for the fresh food, patience and awesome service!
I eat lunch at this Taco Bell at least once a week and I cant say i have had a negative experience. I want to highlight a delightful team member Shannon. Each time I come in I am greeted by name and a smile my online app order is ready. A great quick lunch option amd great service!
I would do 0 stars they said that I only had 25$ on my card. My order was 35$. I said well you’re gonna have to refund that or take a couple items off. She says don’t worry about it didn’t charge. You. I said I knew it did because you read the remaining balance that means I paid. She said oh know your good. So I try my card and they did charge the last of my money didn’t 25$ with of good. I called back and said it did charge me she said I’m the new manager I didn’t do it you it’s not my fault call down to corporate we’re not or anything or food just took my money my kids are starving I know they care but that is cold hearted never know what you get in Vegas it’s a cold world! With really bad customer service!!
I called back they said I don’t get they didn’t charge me I’m lying. Also the manager will not identify her name because they told me call how can call corporate if there hiding their names they seen kids crying backseat they care just took money food rudest people ever and there laughing at me say corporate eeee not telling you our names!
They could have at least gave me a couple tacos for the kids to eat!! Very funny taco ball you got me!!!
Quick simple drive through service. Food was good but like everything else now, it’s getting pricey for simple quick food. I’d go back
The gal at the window was speaking about me in Spanish as if I did not understand. She did not give me sauce after I asked for it. Then, I get to my destination and she gave me the wrong food also. I called and told her and she told me I was wrong. I will be going to get a refund. Stay tuned.
My mom loves their tacos and she likes the prices as well.
This is the second time now that an online order has been screwed up at this location. This time I ordered ahead and the order had not been started. Then when they finally did finish the order they dumped it all over the ground accept for a few burritos the guy halfway caught and smashed. They remade the parts of the order that hit the ground but didn’t bother to replace the smashed food. And they forgot the hot sauce which I made sure to order extra of so they wouldn’t forget. Go anywhere else.
Food was like any other Taco Bell , unfortunately the female at the driver through when I went which was today at 1:25 ish pm was rude , didn’t make eye contact when trying to figure out items and very impatient . Unfortunately I know not all people are like this but I at least expect as a paying customer if I’m being actually respectful and nice unlike some who demean people who work fast food then I should be treated the same overall terrible experience
