Nachos we ordered (1st picture) from them and were told we only spent 2 dollars what do we expect. Well it was more than 2 dollars and compared to 2 other Taco Bells (2nd and 3rd picture) we expected our moneys worth. Including what Taco Bell’s own picture shows.
So nice of you to not give me what I ordered at all. Instead of my veggie build box I received 3 of the same taco with beef in them… and they put it in a box instead of a bag I was in a rush to get back to work because I am on my lunch so I did not notice this until I got back to work lol. This location is a joke. Every time I come here, the employees are just standing around on their phones and joking with each other the whole time how can I be the only person in the building with an order and you manage to mess it up.
Great place and a decent taco bell. I asked for no sour cream on my burrito but they still gave it to me, no big deal to me but i can see how most people would be mad. Something was wrong with the drink machine and this is what my mountain dew turned out as. Other wise decent taco bell and will be back
This is literally the amount of cheese they put on tacos here. Hopefully the owner’s getting rich off all the cheese saved.
Really tired of feeling like an imposition when ordering at this location. I understand that they might not like working there...but don't take it out on customers. I cannot order from DD or GH because the order is always wrong and cannot be fixed.
Today's event involves sending back an order of 3 tacos twice. Ordered "supreme" and never get it the first time. Checked the second try (I just requested extra toppings to be added and not remade) but again they were missing an ingredient. The picture shows the half full shell with sour cream smeared all over the wrapping...and the solution for the missing tomatoes was just to give me a dish and to do it myself. This really isn't rocket science but just need employees that actually care about what they give to customers for the $ that WE work hard for as well. Do better Taco Bell!
I was here last Saturday night sometime after 12:00 AM and I think there were only 3 people working and they killed it! The drive thru wasn't available so everyone was in the cafe and for the number of people they were serving I am truly impressed. They were calm, helpful and friendly despite the time of night and amount of people. I even remember one of the employees calling out to a customer to make sure he got their coffee order correct. So, just a shout out to those 3 guys. Excellent work.
We tried going through the drive through, we said hello into the microphone NUMEROUS TIMES. The lights were on, and the restaurant was clearly open. So, we went inside and found the EMPLOYEES HIDING. They also put cheese on my tacos, when I clearly said NO CHEESE since I am allergic to diary. Who the hell are you hiring? The stoner teenagers do better as employees than whoever the hell works here for a work sponsorship. ???? Shame on management.
So the food was horrible. Quesadillas had almost nothing in them, was basically just eating a tortilla. DO BETTER TACO BELL!!
edit: I actually was feeling pretty sick before eating the taco bell but after eating the food i actually feel cured. for that i give you 2 star, cheers.
