Best WLM Reviews
My boyfriend is vegetarian so he gets the veggie options or replaces meat with black beans on menu items. When he bit into his burrito he noticed he was chewing chicken so he spit it out and we went back. When he tried explaining over the intercom, the man was rude and said “what?” as if my boyfriend wasn’t clear and had an unpleasant tone when he told him to drive up to the window. The lady at the window asked for the burrito and said where’s the meat? And my boyfriend explained that he already spit out the part he chewed. So then she said they’d make a new one. The man from the intercom opened the window, still rude, didn’t acknowledge or say anything to my boyfriend and just handed him the bag, my boyfriend said thank you and he still didn’t acknowledge him closed the window, clearly annoyed by us coming back. We went home and my boyfriend was able to eat most of the burrito before finding that there was still a piece of meat. Typically I don’t leave reviews like this, but I really didn’t appreciate the man’s attitude and the questioning of where the meat was. So I included a picture of the replacement we got that still had a piece of meat. This was very disappointing because we really like this location as it’s usually made really well and we have had good experiences with the crew until tonight.
Haven’t been inside but looks nice and up to date by just looking through the window. Drive thru Service was good, order was correct when I got it. They stay open later than other places. No complaints at all.
I ordered a Dorito locos taco and they gave me the wrong one. They also left this plastic film in my guac. I waited 20+ minutes for this food.
12 crunch tacos $22.00 is ridiculous for fall apart beef tacos obviously made many hour ago.
Meat breaks threw taco shells from sitting too many hours ahead of when ordered. No thanks...it is now time to just make my own for alot less $.
Ordered and paid for my food at the self serve kiosk. Food was hot and fresh. The eat in area was clean and so we're the restrooms. All of the employees were nice and did I mention the food was hot and fresh! I've been through this drive thru before with no problems. Glad eat in service is great too!
I've had no problems on recent visits the last 1. Wow. The girl at the second window has her back to the window she's on her phone ???? and only turns around when she is handed food to give out, then turns around, shuts the window, and turns her back. And doesn't ask you anything they didn't put my sauce in the bag and didn't ask, she just turned around I had to wait for her ti turn around and see me to even ask for sauce.
Good place to go to for lunch. Reasonable prices $ and employees there are also very nice, friendly, polite and welcoming. Taco Bell is my favorite fast food restaurant to go to.
Normally have a good experience here but tonight the guy taking my order randomly stopped responding over the drive through speaker. I thought he was having trouble putting in the last order but eventually I asked if he was still there and he acted like I was the rude one. Not sure what happened. Like I said, normally a good experience
