My first meal here over a year ago was amazing. Since then it has been downhill every time. Poor quality food, employees that don't listen to orders, missing ingredients, cheese on no cheese orders, you can't make it up.
This Taco bell sucks. This is the third time they have given me and my partner beef on an order with NO beef and mostly vegetarian options and I cannot eat beef. The first time I tried to correct getting a beef item instead of black bean the person the drive through snapped at me saying they don't serve any vegetarian options? What? Everytime we give this Taco bell a second chance it's a disappointment. Today, half filled food, every single ticket item wrong, and items missing on a 40+ dollar order, super disappointing when you're just trying to eat. People can't afford to just throw their money away. It's disrespectful at this point how careless the staff here is. I would not recommend to someone who cannot eat beef. Even if you pay extra for chicken you will not get it
Ordered a black bean crunch wrap supreme with jalapenos and 3 cheese. I got none of the things I paid extra for, and got a beef crunch wrap supreme - which I didnt order in the first place as I am a vegetarian!
Update- The manager, reached out to me, and apologized on behalf of the staff, and gave me a refund, and re-did my order. I really appreciate the extra effort on his part
I don’t even know why I bother any more with fast food. Higher prices for less food. Specially the damn bean burrito. These used to be fatties now they look like something off the kids menu. They should sell them for 50 cents for the amount of beans and cheese they put in these extremely flat and rationed burritos.
This used to be our go to Taco Bell, but something has changed over the past few weeks...the fillings are about 80% less than what they used to be!! My bean burrito was over half empty, and the other half had only two spoonfuls of filling. Frozen burritos have more filling! Other items are now skimpy too, like the black bean crunch wrap was almost all lettuce. Please bring back the old Taco Bell!
the staff are terribly rude! We waited a very long time in the drive-thru line to find out that they didn't have our order in the system, after which the employee told us to make another round of the line while they prepared our order so that we wouldn't take up that space. he talked to us like it was my fault that they didn't have my order even though I showed him my order number but he said "you can show me whatever you want but it won't help you get the order right now" I will never return to this place again.
First of all... I Love the Nacho cheese fries I ordered 3 orders of those Nacho cheese fries and why was my fries hard as a rock I go by if I won't eat it I won't serve it! No Freaking excuse at all for this issh! Then I called 3 times and they did not answer! I AM SOOOOOOOOOO LIVID! I WILL BE GOING THERE 2MORROW WITH THEY HARD OLD FRIES! Look at my Pizza did they sit on it ????????????????????
Alex is awesome. Was having a bad day and grabbing some food before home after workin’ late. The gentleman at the drive through window (Alex) was full of happiness and it was contagious. Thank you Alex!
