Before I say anything else.. I have been here at least 15 times before I’ve made this review. Although, there has not been one time this location has gotten my order correct but what food they decide I’m getting tastes good.
The drive-thru team does a great job. We typically have some special requests on our orders, and they're usually pretty sizeable. Our family has different requests like extra onions, no sour cream, etc and they always do a great job with that. The team works quickly and the food is hot and typically they mark the special items so we can tell what they are, which is very helpful when a family is hungry and needs dinner. Definitely recommend this location.
Always forgets to put the cin. Twist in the bag always have to go in to get them food quality has gone down while prices increase
Pathetic. Expect broken food, low effort, and poor service. Food was handed over sideways, tacos had hardly any meat, a chunk was missing out of the crunch wrap. I still haven't unwrapped my full meal. I don't even call and complain anymore due to no difference being done. The picture shown has the crunch as i got it. I didn't take a bite. All I did was unwrap it.
It's Taco Bell. It met my expectations. Cinnamon churros are cinnamon crumbs every time I come. I don't like them, but my dog does. ????
Lived by this T-Bell for three years and have frequented often. They used to be great, no complaints. But quality has declined recently. Missing sauce, really skimpy or sloppy fillings/toppings, and today I received a Chalupa with the sour cream on the outside. :) The shell was also stale and cold. 0/10, would no longer recommend
This is one of my favorite Taco Bells. Especially late at night. They always get it right. They check the bag before it leaves the window. Daisy was super sweet at the drive thru window.
The lady at the drive thru had wonderful customer service! Her name is Diana Ross. It's nice to have a courteous person take the order and behave in the same manner at the window. She asked me to do the review on my receipt. Unfortunately, it wasn't in the bag so here I am. She definitely deserves to be raved about and I hope this review makes it the higher ups so she can be recognized.
