This store should have been shut down years ago between the employees. Horrible management customer service badly confectioned food and now they increase the prices through the roof. I believe the manager failed to see with the Chipotle opening soon. They don't stand a chance with those prizes or the quality of food. Taco Bell management is delusional that they can compete against a restaurant like Chipotle must be fired
This place has been very inconsistent in the quality of service and food. Sometime I've gone there and it's good, other times, such as today, the food is majorly overcooked. Pictures included of what it's supposed to look like vs what I was given.The other day we did an online order for pickup, and the person at the window didn't give us drinks which were included, when I asked about it, he asked what drinks we ordered. An I told him and he just looked confused. An then gave us a drink acting like he was doing us a favor like we didn't order one. I enjoy taco bell but seldom go here to our local one because it is so inconsistent and the employees almost always look like they're out of it. Maybe if management looks into these issues then I will raise my rating of this place. Till then hope others have a better experience.
3 of the last 4 times I've ordered food here the order has been incorrect or given to another customer. Even going inside doesn't help. The shift manager sits in the office watching something on the phone with another employee - not the young employees fault - get out of the office and run your store, please. It's a disorganized mess. Won't be back.
Food was fresh and hot. Kind service. Can order by yourself or prder at the front counter. Serve ice coffee here. New cheesy melt taco beef was good & so was the new Cinnabun ice coffee.
I had Taco Bell last year and I won’t ever again. Too many times it was cold, but my daughter, husband and I all got sick from eating the taco party pack. Never again.
Food is always hot, some employees could have a better attitude, but I highly recommend the crunch wrap supreme. My favorite!
Fire sauce, cinnaballs, and nacho cheese dip is incredible. It’s always cold here and the trash cans are full. But it’s got that bean burrito vibe fur sher.
The person I interacted with must’ve been having a “meh” time of things, but they were courteous.
I ordered a “Mexican” pizza and something must have been burnt somewhere along the line. Threw it out. The taco and chalupa I ordered were pretty standard Taco Bell fare.
