After being told my order was ready I showed up to this place. Instand regret!!! They just mark orders as ready to help their ticket time. Then when 10 people are waiting in the lobby watching the drive through flow, I ask what's going on with my order. A simple " I don't know", is what I get. I ask for the manager, Fabian, who then yelled at me he's doing what he can after 20 minutes mine is next I should be patient. NEXT TIME DON'T MARK MY ORDER AS READY!!!! Refused to talk about a refund and cancel due to him being too busy. They take your money then don't care at this Taco Bell!! I expect a full refund for the food he only made because I asked about it. I would still be there an hour later if I didn't leave!! That's what having 3 employees will do to you!!
Everytime I've been here, there has been horrendous service. Today, after waiting in derive thru line for a very long time without moving even remotely, I eventually decided just to go inside. Inside of the restaurant was very dirty, with food and trash all over the floor. After after waiting some more, a guy told me that my order would be made soon, after the drive thru orders. When I finally got food, it was 40 minutes after arriving, and the food was wrong. I wanted a taco pizza without tomatoes and they get me extra tomatoes. Like, EXTRA EXTRA tomatoes. I also had to remind them of my drinks. I don't necessarily blame the employees as it's the manager's job to make sure there is an adequate amount of employees to properly run a business. Extremely unprofessional.
I went through the drive-thru I got their new fries and one taco I realized the taco is not in the bag so I run back inside to go get that taco nobody helped me at the counter for like 2 minutes then when someone does come and help he tells the cooks he needs the taco the general manager yells back that he needs to have the receipt so I have to go back out to my car grab the receipt I bring in the bag with the fries and the receipt the guy takes it and apologizes he was super cool but then the general manager comes up like 2 minutes later to look in my bag and ask me what I need even though I heard him tell her at this point she's just wasted both of our times and my fries are cold over one taco that they forgot
I was a general manager at another fast food restaurant for 5 years and I get it if I come in requesting a huge amount of food remade or whatever but one taco give me a break
Not to mention that it's like 500° in that place do they not have air conditioning? There's no way I would want to eat in there
These guys can't help but mess up our orders every time. The food still taste like Taco bell.. but come on just put the order in as asked. Make the food like the screen says to make it.
I have had consistently great experiences at this location with the food quality, accuracy and the friendliness of the staff.
They are always messing up something. And then wanting to go down there to get that item is a joke. Have fun waiting 40 minutes for your missing item. I'll just go down a few more miles from now on. Hopefully down there is better. This place blows.
This is hands down the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. They consistently mess up orders. It’s supposed to be “fast” food, but every time I come here it takes 20-30 min just to get 4 items.
I keep coming back to see if they have figured it out and they never do. Stay far away from this place.
The worst Taco Bell experience. Waited 45 minutes for the 4 cars in front of me in the drive-thru. Hand written sign on the door says indoor dining is closed. None of the store sign lights are lit up at night. And workers were texting the majority of the time.
