My Mexican pizza was so good. I modified my crunchy tacos and they were perfect. This place is awesome. Dining room was so clean. Would've given 5 stars but I. Old fashioned and prefer the human interaction when ordering. The kiosk was easy to use. Workers I did interact with were dynamite
They messed up on my order. But they were super professional and fixed it right away as well. Compensated me for said situation occurring The food had been made properly when fixed and it tastes great Thank you have a wonderful evening untill i see yall again.
I've visited this location for years. Never any complaints. Their food quality is consistently good. The staff is friendly. The dining room is clean and often maintained. Great service. It routinely gets busy and full at lunchtime, but never any significant delays getting served.
Prices are more than double what they were pre-pandemic. Taco Bell is trying to price match places like Cafe Rio and Chipotle while not improving their portion sizes or quality. The place is a joke now with the worst value proposition of any food place out there.
Food is good. I've been going there for years and it's always had good food. Problem is now they have everything digital. And yes it is a problem. The last few times my husband and i went there we ordered from the menu and waited for our food. It came out immediately but...no drinks which i admit has always been the one problem I've had with them in the past even in drive through. They have no way for us to get our cups ahead of time so we have to wait for the order to get them which wouldn't be a problem except they don't actually put it on the tray. And trying to get their attention to let them know they forgot part of our order is a battle in and of itself and because It's automated there is absolutely no one manning the counter for if there is problems. It wouldn't be so bad except we are paying for all our order including the drinks and by having them constantly not giving them to us i feel like the restaurant is trying to cheat us. It is on the order and i don't understand why its so hard to just put everything on the tray. We almost considered going through the drive through just to get someones attention. Digital is nice but that is no excuse to suddenly pretend that your dining room customers don't exist because that's how it is starting to feel there.
Jen is AMAZING! Doordash really messed up my order, but she took great care of me. Very professional, I'm impressed. Thank you.
This place is not worth going to. I place an order for 3 cravings boxes all with different modifications. I placed this order through door dash and it was a pick up. Now I blame myself for not checking before I left. However, as a manager in the food industry the amount of things they messed up on was just wrong. No customer service. The order was not ready when they said it was. And I couldn't get a hold of them
Great customer service but the food was below expectations. I got a Supreme Chicken Chulupa and it was barely edible. The tortilla was to chewy, chicken tasted like it was processed meat food.
