Best WLM Reviews
1 star is too high for this place. I got old chalupa's several visits in a row. They were clearly old without even opening the package, you could feel how hard they were just by picking it up. Just got food again, picture shows a whole section of my quesadilla missing all ingredients. Go elsewhere.
Decided to try this modern built Taco Bell for lunch. I pretty much knew what to expect but unfortunately I was unimpressed. For starters there was trash all over inside. I tried to keep the trash out of my pics though.Six months ago everyone was disinfecting every thing and now it seems it’s back to the old ‘who cares’ attitude. Portion size inside my taco supremes were depressing at best. The taste of the tacos were good though. Cost of the meal was pretty extreme for a simple combo meal. 9 bucks for a couple tacos and a soda. Come on. Really the whole thing was disappointing. I understand getting restaurant help is tough these days but if it’s too much to keep the tables and floors clean maybe you should consider takeout only. Bathroom was nice though and I will say the staff was very pleasant.
Great service at the drive-thru, I pulled up to the microphone when my 4-year-old started screaming a song at the top of his lungs, the associate at the window was so good about it, we all had a good laugh
I hate to leave a bad review on anyone but this place truly deserves It. All has to do with management. The waiting period was so long, that I was forced to make my own order on the self serve. Everybody was getting perturbed. Also dying and is extremely tiny, compared to the route 60 Taco Bell.
Hey, all you Taco Bell fans. Just wanted to let you know that the Mexican pizzas are back. They were originally on the menu some years back, and then they disappeared from the menu. Well, I guess recently they brought the Mexican pizzas back, and they are still great. Just wanted to share that bit of news with everyone. Happy New Year!
my only complaint is they don't care much for walk in customers. all about the drive thru and online orders. wasn't like this 2 years ago where I was impressed with how fast they were. walk ins should have priority in any establishment food related or not
Did the drive thru. Order was accurate and food was fresh and hot. Never had a bad meal from here yet
Taco Hell!
We ordered the party box of 12 tacos, and a chicken quesadilla. All 12 tacos had a RIDICULOUSLY small amount of meat in them. (Pictured) The quesadilla was also mostly empty. To make our meager meal extra special, the mild sauce packets we asked for were thrown into the bag (pictured) dirty, wadded up, and stuck together.
Of course I got home to my hungry family before I realized how bad this was, too far away to turn around and waste the rest of my night trying to get this made right.
I don’t know if the idea to skim the food came from ownership, management, or you’re not paying your employees enough to care, but something is wrong at this Taco Bell location. Like seriously, it’s Taco Bell, our expectations were already low, and y’all have really outdone yourselves.
