i got the soft shell taco supreme combo which just means soft shell tacos with sour cream. 1 of the 3 tacos i couldn't find any sour cream, and the other 2 i had to kind of fill in the blanks in my head as to where it is, but the portioning was laughable. really, the quality of the meat and the food was barely edible, might even have prison food better than this. the service was ok for fast food these days, so that's why it's 2 stars instead of 1. most fast food service involves people hating their jobs, and making it their business that you also know they hate their job.
The food was poorly made,when I called to nicely ask for them to remake it,only five minutes later...the lady on the phone decided to make hateful remarks on the phone with me. We decided not to return but instead file a complaint. We quickly received a call from someone in charge who then offered to remake our food and send us coupons. The lady who called to help resolve the situation was kind, understanding and asked for details of my experience. Wonderful lady who truly tried to address and find out who might have said what and I appreciated her response time and kindness. But to experience something like this was hurtful, cruel and completely unnecessary. Simple fix... Place your customer on hold before bad-mouthing them. Will never return to this establishment, suggest going to the Dublin Taco Bell instead for quality food and service. Photos for proof that "one scoop of meat" is fine if that scoop covers the whole meal not just half.
We placed our order on the app for dine in. We find it easier to access the full menu and customize our order to our needs without feeling rushed. Plus using the app you have access to rewards and extra items that are only available on the app.
The staff was very friendly and made our customized order correctly. It was very fresh and hot. It was quite enjoyable.
On another note, please bring back bingo.
This was a crunch wrap. I ate about half of it and it tasted burned and like there was nothing in it. Great Job Guys. Would you eat this?

Order taker at dine-in window rang up my bill wrong. He said he couldn't see, as he squinted and held his head up close to the screen, yet had eyeglasses hanging from his uniform top. Food did not taste as good as it usually does. Ladies room was very clean
Trying to check our order at the drive through. No one was behind us by the way. But they had a fit for us to move forward away from the drive through.
