I got the Cravings Box, where I selected a Cheesy Gordita Crunch, a Crunchy Taco, Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes, and Baja Blast Zero Sugar
I had not had the Cheesy Gordita Crunch before - so I was pretty interested to try that out
I found it to be really good
The flour tortilla on the outside and the crunchy taco on the outside produces an excellent texture combination that's not really
replicated by any other menu item except the crunchwrap - and I would say this does that combination better because you feel both
at the same time
The thickness of the overall wrap made it feel like eating crunchy pita bread - which was a fantastic base for all the toppings - it certainly
didn't feel like just a normal tortilla wrapped around a crunchy taco
the toppings were pretty solid was well
I also liked the Crunchy Taco that I got - especially the beef, which was actually well seasoned, and there was a lot of it (this goes for the
Cheesy Gordita Crunch as well)
The Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes were not that good. it was my first time trying them, and they had no real flavor. the sauces didn't mix well
together and didn't add much
the baja blast zero sugar was essentially undrinkable - it tasted that bad
For the price (only about 6 dollars) the amount of food you get here is pretty incredible, and when you add on that most of the food tastes pretty good,
there aren't much places where you can get this value
Overall, mostly good food at an all-time price. 8/10
DON'T order here. I ordered using the app for pickup and it took OVER AN HOUR for my food to be ready for pickup. I was going somewhere and waited 30 minutes before I left, so I didn't get my food. I was given no option to cancel my order. The lobby was also full of people waiting to pick up their order. Don't order here until the franchiser decides to fix whatever staffing issue they have.
Quite possibly the slowest Taco Bell on planet earth. People consistently wait over an hour for food. Always short staffed, never on time. Rude service when asking what’s taking so long. Overall, rude to everyone. This is slow food, not fast food. Don’t come here.
Blacksburg Taco Bell is on point. They make things consistently better than the Christiansburg location, and when I modify things via the app, I always get what I ordered. The only time my order has been incorrect is when they were understaffed, which is fair; working fast food is rough. You guys rock.
I doordash here in Blacksburg all the time and this Taco Bell consistently closes early and all the delivery drivers get spammed with orders which affects the driver's ratings when they cannot accept or complete the orders. If a business doesn't want to be open until 3:00 every morning, then they shouldn't post that they're open until 3:00 a.m. I know at this point I just sound like I'm complaining but you can ask anybody that comes here about the service. It is absolutely horrible. The workers are the rudest people I've ever met before in my life.
Just went to the taco bell drive thru. had the sweetest lady ever who made my night. forgot something in bag and was so sweet about it and gave a coupon. such a sweetheart. 10/10 recommend.
The young short lady wearing black winter hat was too rude . Is is really your customer service?????? I politely asked few questions about my delivery order she answered I DONT KNOW for every question. Is it not too rude????? She need to get trained to behave to the customer. I’m sorry to say that but You not supposed to work at customer service. Hope she get Fired.
Well, what do I say, this Taco Bell is the best dang one I’ve been too! The service is amazing, they are hard working, and the food is so exotic and appetizing! 10/10 reccomend ????????
