I come here just for Leonard! He’s super polite and always addresses me by “ma’am” He always asks about my plans for the day and connects with me while my order is being made. He keeps the transactions short and sweet and always makes my Taco Bell run extra special. Outstanding service on his end.
Food was made wrong when I called girl that answered was very nice but whoever was in the back ground saying they made the food right I am posting pictures so you can see that you didn’t.
It's taco bell. It's cheap n quick. This store never messes up my order. All the front of house employees are nice and respectful people. The best in Jax I think. Also, their bathrooms are always clean and operable.
ON THE NINTH DAY GOD CREATED THE TACO BELL BEAN BURRITO AND MILD SAUCE. Couldn’t have been the eighth because that was when he made chick fil a. Nonetheless, this place has turned the corner. Service used to be slow and it was a grab bag when you got home as to whose food you actually received. Many, many times trying new things because our bag got switched with someone else’s. Not today!!! Service was great, fast and with a smile - and with a correct order.
I find it incredibly frustrating that a place that has breakfast menu items isn't open during breakfast hours. And don't make the mistake of thinking they're open and going to the drive thru - this has quite unkind and uncalled for responses through the speaker. I like Taco Bell food but their service here is truly awful.
Long day, very hungry, used drive-thru to order 2 nacho taco supremes, and drink, got free taco. Favorite part of taco is sour cream, no sour cream on nacho tacos. They did manage to charge .90 for " sour cream on "free taco". Almost $12.00 for an unenjoyable meal. Girl at window was professional and pleasant, but I won't be going back, not worth the aggravation and money.
The system was having problems this evening bumping orders out of que. instead of being upset and walking out, I spoke with the manager who rectified the problem and explained the situation.. She was amazing and made an order, already ready, fresh with the missing order she was preparing, since it got cold. Big shout out to Michelle and Trista, hope I got those correct ???? for the greet customer service.. I know it’s a rough industry
I love double decker tacos and was so sad years ago when they discontinued them. They bring them back every so often then take them off menu again. Every once in a while a Taco Bell will make them for me if I ask for them. Hospitality. I went thru the mandarin locations drive thru and asked if they had them. They said no but we can make them for you! This location for the win. And it was the fastest drive thru at a Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Thank you.
