This is the best Taco bell I've experienced in life the food is always fresh and taste good and every single Employees that's served me so far is very professional. It's hard to find great customer service now and days. Keep up the wonderful work! I live in norristown and this is the only Taco bell that I go to. Fresh clean and professional
I admit it. I always liked Taco Bell. Being a vegetarian, this is a great place for me. I have options! If I need a boost of protein, I order a bean burrito, if I want veggies, I add them in. New items pique my interest. Prices are good, love the atmosphere and like the outside seating.
I was recently at this location & the Hispanic girl at the window was extremely rude. I had my screaming one year old in the back and instead of fixing my order apon request, she wanted to argue how she was right and I was wrong before proceeding to get my order correct. From the tone in her voice, to the mumbling under her breath & rolling of the eyes I don’t think I will be back here. (Side note: i was still charged the higher price of the items I did not buy. )
This Taco Bell looks a brand new. Interior is very nice and modern. Taking out food was good with the right temperature and taste. Two lanes for the drive-through, and its parking lots is easy to access.
However, it would be a little bit better if its staffs are friendlier like their very nice atmosphere and stylish interior.
I came through the drive through at 2am and Christina was literally the best taco bell employee I've ever had the employee of interacting with. If she doesn't recieve a massive raise or promotion this year it would be a disservice
It's Taco Bell. Cheap fast food. Quality and service are sub-par, but I'm not complaining. It is expected. I can feed a family of six for under $30. So sometimes Taco Bell is a go-to when we don't want to cook or spend so much money eating out.
I don't want anyone to think I am saying this just because it's fast food. Taco bell used to be a cheaper option than going to BK, McDs, etc. But not any more. It also wouldn't be an issue if the quality was still there, but it's not. It also doesn't seem to be just this location either.
New location, definitely new staff. Hopefully they are able to quickly train. They are very friendly and are trying their best.
However, the two stars isn't for the staff. It's for the fact that on the website and app, it's listed as two drive throughs (one of which is supposed to be priority express lane for mobile orders). But as you can see from the pictures, the lane is purposefully blocked off by cones, despite the sign stating two drive through lanes. It appears that it's being marketed but not utilized. Was very excited for the fact that we could have an express lane and this is quite disheartening...
